All the while there's demand for popular titles - it's a relatively (not 'easy' but) simple task to keep remssters coming. Cheaper than a new IP to develop, as there's fewer concepts and gameplay design to invent.
And if they're lazy 'upscaled" monstrosities, they can make loads of money for very small investment unless we, the consumer, 'vote' against them. I'm not anti-remaster...but they need some TLC for my attention.....

I will buy SOT and I suspect FH4 on my X. I will also buy a number of (SP) multiplats.
But I have to say that for my Pro, there's a line-up of multiplats (where I will play online with friends) AND a bunch of exclusives that will probably lead to more outgoings on the Sony platform. Just the way it is.
PS will have the best 2018 by far.

Nobody knows if it's the greatest game ever...because it's not out yet. Hopefully at some point this year, some will be able to pass judgement - after they've played it.
Be ok for a while. But I suspect that the numbers for their latest titles are down. I know I don't speak for the world but I dropped my orders of SW and UFC knowing that they're trying to force MTs on people. Maybe not quite P2W but erring that way. At the end of the day, plenty of other software to take up, so their titles won't be top of my agenda until they change their mindset. Kinda depends on whether you game on the move, surely? I don't generally. So the Switch has no appeal to me. Better gaming and choice, whether HD or UHD, is on the purely home consoles.
Don't get me wrong...Nintendo make fantastic games...but just not enough for me to get a Switch for home. When the 3rd party games are significantly better on the other consoles - and my friends are on them too.

And I'm guessing the next strand of titles for 19/20/21 are well planned out too. I think Sony took it hard that they had to play catchup at PS3 time when the PS2 was such a hit. IMO they were a little too arrogant and cocksure but learnt a valuable lesson - and did a great job of clawing back their pole. They'll be well planned for several years ahead into PS5 generation; wanting to stay one step ahead...

Depends on what you look for in a racer.
Honest ranking for me would be GTS, F1 2017, FM7, Dirt 4 and PC2 a long way back (not a fan).

Or try reading and finding that it's got fk all to do with console wars. I think the video comparisons of PS4 v XBX are an utter waste of space. Don't buy games based on pixels and textures alone. As I said above, we could flood N4G with a bunch of emulated Spectrum games upscaled to 4K games to see if they're "better". Great for those interested. Can't be many.

Love the content of Forza and slowly working my way through the single player, but it's not what I'd consider a simulation now. When I sit down with a wheel in front of me, it has to be GTS. Both entertaining in different ways...
