Preach! I (stupidly) raised my hopes, gave it a chance, and inevitably came away disappointed. Another nail in the coffin for my interest in gaming. Anything multiplayer-centric from one of the AAA publishers seems doomed. The suits are smothering games to death, and people who purchase anti-consumer season passes/DLC/loot boxes are predominantly the ones to blame.
If you care even slightly about gaming, and are pro consumer, then the most important thing you can do is boycott this game. Warner Brothers (and other studios who are are attempting equally distasteful practices, *ahem* EA *ahem*) need to be sent a loud message that forcing anti consumer loot boxes and the like into games such as this will not be tolerated. If it goes unchecked then the quality of games will very rapidly decline. The free to play business model has no place in full priced ga...
While the term 'pay to win' might not necessarily be a good fit here, there's definitely a huge conflict of interest having loot boxes of this nature in a full priced single player campaign. That can't possibly be refuted. Then there's stuff like this becoming apparent...

Many would argue that PUBG isn't in a publicly playable state. Though I guess they it just hide behind the Early Access label indefinitely.
This.
Battlefield Bad Company 2: Vietnam
The problem is a lot of gamers are only interested in immediate gratification. They have no concept of voting with their wallet and holding out for a superior product. They lap up everything they're given without giving it a second thought. It doesn't just apply to gaming, it's a mindset that can be seen throughout society. It's the reason certain political figures have risen to power.
We have a generation of people who have been conditioned by clever market...
I would LOVE to play it. But since I sold my PS4 and switched to PC gaming, I obviously can't recover my account to use on PC. It would take me hundreds of hours to get back to where I was, and I don't have the time for that. It's such a shame that Sony are so strict.
They already are, indirectly
Or boyfriend. Get with the times
I don't think South Park is for you buddy
Take my upvote haha
They also find themselves in a race against time to avoid spoilers. Same with things like Netflix shows.

@Nx 'you won't be able to compete in multiplayer.' Yeah yeah, like people said using a controller wasn't viable in Battlefield 1, yet I still often top the leader boards. If someone is good, they're good no matter what input method they use. I easily held my own in Destiny 2. Input isn't everything, the way you think and the tactics you use play a huge part.
It ran beautifully, and thankfully has full controller support. I still don't trust Bungie and I wouldn't dream of purchasing the game until I see HUGE single player improvements over Destiny 1. The multiplayer is still a poorly coded mess, so that's irrelevant to me.
SMH.
Because without criticism nothing ever improves. The gaming industry is in a terrible place at the moment in terms of anti consumer practices. The only way things change is for people to speak out. Gamers actually hold all the power, the problem is they're generally too stupid to realise it.
If your aim is good then you should be able to lock on much faster than any aim assist. The issue seems to be bad players looking for a scapegoat.
Hmmm, REALLY? https://www.youtube.com/wat...
