The biggest difference is the frame rate. On console it's a lot choppier. It actually made me feel a bit sick after a while, something that doesn't normally happen to me when gaming. I went back to PC and everything so smooth and fluid in comparison.
I also noticed a lot of texture popping and slow loads when playing it on console.
Bullshit. They're just after the traffic.
I'm platform neutral. I was simply stating a fact. Those 30 days will provide Ubisoft with data regarding any bugs/glitches/problems. I don't see why you had to react in that manner.
I'm against any type of timed exclusive. The new Tomb Raider showed how it can backfire in spectacular fashion.
I really didn't like the MP in the previous games, but I LOVED it in this beta! Same for my friends too. It was a lot of fun.
They make it seem like a good thing for Xbox users, but what it actually means is 30 days of beta testing, so bugs can be ironed out for the other platforms.
I wish they would make a version of the notifications that were a lot more subtle. Or at least make them scalable. I would love to be able to shrink them down and place them in the fully in the corner. Maybe even change the transparency.
A WORD OF WARNING!
I love the DS4 but hate the sticks. I swapped out my default sticks for Xbox One sticks and everything seemed fine. However, I realised that the deadzone is slightly off in my left stick. If I push my stick fully to the side it doesn't seem to have the same range as before. When using my DS4 on my PC I have to run DS4Windows and reduce the deadzone. This has happened on two controllers now.
While playing The Division beta, after a few h...
Shame on Xbox for not allowing cross platform play. It would've really helped flesh out the collective player base even more and it's a huge perk of the game for PC and PS4 players.
Plus as a PC player I was looking forward to having some fresh noobs to stomp :P
I know, it's extremely shitty on Microsofts part.
No cross platform for Xbox.

UPDATE: CONFIRMED CHEATS....

Trolling?! Are you seriously that stupid? Just because you haven't experienced something, it doesn't mean other people haven't. You haven't even established which platform I'm playing on!
How about when I revived my friend and neither of us got the notification until a full minute after it happened. Or when my American friend (I'm UK) was looking at me and on my screen I was firing my gun, but on his I was standing still. Or when people roll and telepo...
Yup. Once it gets to 8+ there are constant fire fights.
A word of warning... the real issue isn't going to be visuals, it's going to be netcode and server stability. After a heck tonne of hours my friends and I have started to notice cracks. eg. walking up behind a rogue player, blasting them in the back, and their health not going down at all.
We've come across many players who don't seem to take damage, but can seemingly drop us with one quick spray. We've also had entire squads of rogue players instantly ap...
If I didn't loathe using a keyboard and mouse to game then I would never use a console again. I only have my PS4 for multiplayer as I much prefer using a controller. When I see games running on my PC and then look at them on PS4, the difference is huge with most games. As a gamer I find it very frustrating.
As a PC and console gamer, have yourself a disagree :)
I've played both, there's a huge difference. I play on PS4 as I prefer to use a controller to game, but having seen the PC version running first hand I'm constantly reminded that I'm playing an inferior version.
The biggest difference for me is the frame rate and general smoothness. The PC version is so much smoother. The PS4 version feels a bit janky and sluggish.
Textures on PS4 are a lot muddier and lower res, and there's a lot of pop ...
I've had more occasions of people cooperating during an extraction than going rogue. In fact, at one point, a couple of random groups joined my group in fighting off some rogue attackers during an extraction.
I've played it on my friends PS4 and on my PC. The framerate is totally different. I would guess that its locked to 30fps on console. It makes a huge difference. So saying that its solid performance doesn't really mean much at all when its a solid 30 instead of a solid 60fps.
