Exactly. Download and upload speed don't directly relate to ping and latency. For instance. League used to be 60-80 ping for me. Stream music, even youtube video playing in background. Now it's always 100-140 because we switched from comcast to ATT, we have faster speed but more ping. I dont remember the speedtest ping numbers but every game is laggier. Sucks.

I'm telling it exactly how it is. If you read it as me saying it isn't innovative then that's what you're seeing. Not me.

I never said there are no innovations anywhere. Dynamic AI designed around a players actual habits is indeed innovative in their implementation. But, everyone thinks of it as the cloud itself is playing the game with the player based on the habits of whomever it's imitating.

Then they think that ...

AI has been done since before Runescape Classic. And, Forza's implementation was your console creating the AI file and uploading it to let it play matchmaking with other players. The cloud itself wasn't telling the AI when to turn or brake.

Lighting wouldn't be feasible unless they cast the entire world. Which in that case might as well be pre-baked rather than dynamic because it won't be fast enough due to server limitations and latency. Lighting is typically...

Which is vastly different, highly over-judged for bad controls, and over-judged because others simply weren't used to sixaxis controls period. There is a hype train for positivity and negativity. Come off the wagon. My only concern for SC is how likeable the character is and how good the story is. The gameplay looks tight enough so far.

Because, the last Forza(Not Horizon) game was a soul-less re-release with less content and barely better visuals than older titles. It's sad but true.

They had tons and tons of time to create a new game engine.

This better be a proper sequel because the last Forza(Not Horizon) entry was nothing but an excuse to claim another exclusive. It seems like it's going to be in terms of graphics, engine, and physics. But, content is another factor to decide.

Definitely surprised.

The graphics are amazing and the gameplay looks nice.

Just don't like nonsense screenplay. Why would those knights even attempt to fight the dragon? I understand a noble knight won't flee, but at least give realistic feedback that you're about to die standing up. That aspect needs to be more believable.

Would much rather a more serious character. Seems to try too hard to be generic I Am Number Four, Chronicle...

MGS1 on PS1.. Other games do it just look into it.

Yes. Sure, you work now and friends move. But, many still have friends locally that keep in touch to do LAN. It was part of the soul of Halo being all about the player. Now it's about the money and trying to be something it's not.

Try reading the Berserk manga and see how the wait time is. Every single thing the author writes he makes sure does not cause a loophole, conflict, etcetera. It's not just a story. It's an entire world.

If it is not in the artists vision then it is not art as you have seen in the previous entries. It's complicated. I draw garbage if I don't feel like it. When I know what I want to draw and an in the mood I create insanely detailed subjects and scenery. It'...

They're not going to release a bad sequel. That is like asking System Of A Down to release a new album. They already said they were working on new material since they got back together but not releasing anything that doesn't succeed what came before.

If they don't have a proper story and events planned then don't make it. That is what they are doing.

What do you think investors get? An IOU? They get shares. Stop trying to spin.

They DO look at the previous consoles histories. How are they supposed to predict their investment? Gambling?

They DO see that sales have to be kept up by bundles and temporary price drops. They see the product dwindling downward. It's a matter of time unless their new IPs actually spark passionate interest. Not the same franchises again and again. ...

Ha. Embarrassing. They mislead investors the same way when the Zune was losing an insane amount of money.

If no one is hiding anything then where are the individual sales? Doh? Of course! They're hiding them to mislead you to think it's a viable product :D

You know what's going on and you are feigning ignorance. That's the worst kind of personality. It's weak. Like what you want but don't lie.

And another keyword I would like to point out again just as others have. Shipped. Not sold to consumers. I work in an electronics department. The twenty xbox's we get in one shipment don't actually sell that quick and my area has a lot of xbox gamers. Most have already bought them at launch.

Everyone knows that it is sold when a retailer possesses it. Duh. But, there are ways to inflate sales by offering more incentive to buy and store more units. They do it every qu...

This is actually quite similar to the carpentry puzzle in Puzzle Pirates(free MMO. If you like puzzles you will love it if you give it an earnest chance).

Just make a good game. Not an expensive one. There is no reason to hire someone so expensive for a Fable spinoff and aa couple lines and battle cries.

3985d ago 1 agree2 disagreeView comment

Because, whatever games did have online passes... It came with the game you bought, so it should have been free. EA implemented it before to battle piracy. They let you buy online passes because not every account on the same PlayStation could play because they didn't have online passes, and also for used game sales. It was a ridiculous thing but they did it. If you bought the game new then you had no issue.

It has been planned since launch. And, half his job is giving time to fans.

Best CEO? He's simply providing common sense on what should have been done from the start. He doesn't do much himself. He just oversees and responds to online questions.

Shut down the parade. Gaming has been around for decades. Don't forget the past. But, be excited.

It's confirmed that SFV and no spinoff, edition, arcade, ultimate, etcetera versions will come to another console. SF6 I am sure. Not 5 doh.

Because the hardware itself is as thin as a laptop. They could definitely decrease it more. The only reason it hasn't is because they want the extra security of a cool system. When we get further upgrades to the chips then it will be thinner. It is already very thin. But, it will get thinner. It's guaranteed in my book and it saves resources and money down the road. They will make it smaller eventually.

You have entire ignorance of the PS4 game library.

What has it had so far? DriveClub, Bloodborne, The Order 1866, LBP3, FF14, InFamous SS, KillZone: SF, PlanetSide 2, etcetera.

I find Ryse short and shallow, TitanFall bland and unrewarding(and it runs on any decent PC), and Forza 5 was dreadful(I can't believe anyone supported this entry in the series with its huge lack of content and day 1 DLC despite that). I can go in full det...
