Because this is nothing new. Remember when the Spyro trilogy came out and it only had 2 games in it? People were mad. Or Cyberpunk broken and incomplete ass game? People were pissed! How about Switch cartridges missing entire games? People were... kinda mad. Nintendo fans are betas like that. Or worst yet, Microsawft's disc for Halo War 2 not working on my XBOX One S, but somehow allowing me to download the entire game from the store? I was livid.

Ever since Hawkfield started his hair transplant treatment in VF 4, he has become addicted to it and unable to stop. He's now going for the full 'A Canadian Werewolf in Hyrule' treatment. He's out of control.

WOLF, STOP IT. Get some help.

They are. One more Generation and that's it. Regardless, having nazi garbage in our game space is far worst.

I always said, as a Playstation player, I would've taken Halo and Gears over Killzone and Uncharted any freaking day of the week. Well, I guess it doesn't matter anymore.

Absolutely. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Seeing how ugly the remakes and remasters of these old JRPGs are turning out to be, I much rather they didn't. Just re-release them, physically and digitally, and be done with it.

Please, stop George Lucasing these classics!!

Who pays full price for games nowadays? You serious or just plain stupid? Just wait a few months and get them for less than half the original price. Send a message or keep letting them get away with it. It's up to you.

And support indie games as well.

No they aren't, they haven't and they never will. Leakers have been at it for decades, and we're still here, excited for the next game to drop in order to hear nazi scum, bitch and moan about black people. Oh, wait... Wait, this the wrong article. Never mind, carry on.

Oh, and "FUCK LEAKERS!!!" Said the chronically online, while regular people don't even know what the fuck an Oblivion is. Except for your friends, of course... 🙄

These ARE the remakes... The first remakes at least. Then there was the PSP and Game Boy Advance other TWO remakes of The Silver Star. So what you're saying is that you want a remake of a remake of a remake of a remake of Lunar The Silver Star, and a remake of a remake of Eternal Blue? What do you think this is? Persona?

Still, I guess I'm down with that.

326d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

Hate to be that guy, but stylistically speaking these remakes are very much 90's anime. Also, the original Eternal Blue had 90's anime aesthetics, while The Silver Star maybe, kinda, like from very far away, could be seen as a product from in between the eras, for obvious reasons. But stylistically speaking is pushing early 90's anime without a doubt.

The late 80's anime boom, not the previous anime rush, but the one we all remember as THE look of the late ...

The Sega CD versions are superior, by a country mile, and then some. The stories are better presented, while their surprises and plot twists are hidden in a more elegant fashion. The atmosphere are more foreboding, especially in TSS, while the dungeon designs are superior in both SCD versions. Not to mention the intro to The Silver Star on the SEGA CD is an all time gaming classic, and the game feels apocalyptic. And while the cutscnenes in TSS are not that many, just like with Eternal Blue, ...

The Sega CD versions are actually superior for a variety of reasons, but to each their own.

Too bad this is not a remastered collection of the original Sega CD versions; The superior versions of these games. They could've at least thrown in the og games as extras or something.

Going to pass on this collection unless they become ultra cheap.

For now. Wait until some company comes up with the perfectly moronic AI made mechanic and makes bank with it, and then BOOM! Fuck the video game industry. Although, thanks to the nazi scum, we're already there, but still. Just like with DLC, incomplete games, season passes, patches, battle passes, loot boxes, horse armor, and digital only games, it's only a matter of time.

Good luck.

"Have you considered that FromSoft does not make sequels since the end of the dark souls trilogy?"
Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon

Edit: I just realized I didn't quite get where you were getting at with your comment, so my response probably makes no sense. But I just want to vent, so up it stays.

Well, actually, when it comes to Bloodborne, and Demon's Souls, Sony owns the IPs. And it's up to Sony to hire FromSoftware to work on the games. Something they simply did not want with Demon's Souls, then Dark Souls happened, and a lesson they didn't learned with Bloodborne, and now we hav...

I don't have to, bud. It's install on my PS5. And it will always be. One of the best game ever made, and still looks top notch.

Now, I'm not saying Duskbloods look bad, it's FromSoftware after all, but there is certain deficiencies for sure. The animation is suspect and the atmosphere is lacking when compared to Bloodborne. This ain't their A-Team is all I'm saying. So mayhaps it is you who needs a reminder of how amazing Bloodborne still looks. Even...

This one hurts. While this does look like a mobile clone of Bloodborne, probably made by the same people that did the base Dark Souls 2 game, it still sucks that it's even a thing. Not because of exclusivity, but because it almost assures that Bloodborne 2 will not be a thing. At least not for years to come.

And we can only thanks one company for this: Sony. Their love affair for garbage GAAS games has seriously fucked everything up. Seriously, Sony, you fucking suck. G...

Oblivion? Meh. No, thanks. Morrowind? When, please?

Because the Star Wars license cost a lot, and if they can somehow make it a hit on the Switch 2, then they can recoup their money and then some.

And while I will never understand why people bury their faces, and their kid's faces, on a console when outside, I'm pretty sure the Switch 2 will have plenty of space for games like Star Wars on the go. Oh, and I'm sure they'll try to cram Shadows in there too at some point.
