The whole Irem Collection thing is such a scummy garbage practice. A bunch of roms spread across a bunch of releases in order to scam the shit out of the fans. Nobody should support this trash.
They really should release the full Quantum Break experience on the PS5. Sure, it's a middle-of-the-road third-person shooter and a perfect example of self-indulgence, but why not? It was fun in short burst and it completes the Remedy set until Max Payne 1+2 Remakes get released later on.
Do it, Microsawft. Don't be cowards.
Say what you will, but while the Switch 2 has been breaking records all over the place, it has also been the most nothingburger release of a Nintendo Console I have ever experience.
Can't wait for the next E3!
Thanks.👍
An OK horror series left behind. It had some great ideas, but it never knew how to play to its strengths. Instead, it came out like just another RE4 clone.
I would love for a third entry to come out, but it needs to learn to lean in on the psychological aspect and move away from the generic "pew pew" ideology at the center of the gameplay loop. It doesn't need to abandon it; it just needs to put it into better context, is all.
Also, try a fi...
They're finally fixing the godawful inventory system? Yes!
Fuck yes... That is all.
SimpleSlave announces that you have a large backlog of games. Yeah, you. We all do. So, you know, just wait until the prices tank and go play some of those great games you paid money for.
Seriously, it's that easy. And in a few months? Nab that new game for less than half the price. Trust me, you'll be used to waiting, no problem.
There seem to be people here making assumptions with nary an ounce of sense of humor between them, but the fact that you didn't get the "★★☆☆☆" reference shows me you didn't even play the game. Classic.
It is what it is.
"Hey, Sam. End of the world, monsters, sister, and stuff. We need you to connect the cities for the future of the country."
"..."
"Good. Glad you want to help."
"..."
"Exactly, and while you're at it, here are a thousand other unnecessary packages for you."
"..."
"Thank you, Sam. I knew we could count on you."

*Walks half the country...
Hopefuly they fix their inventory problem. Between The Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk, this has been one of the worst aspect of their games. Pressing that Inventory button is scarier than any Silent Hill game for sure.
Is that even an accomplishment nowadays? I mean, good for them I guess, but that's not saying much.
Can we get more PS1 and PS2 games on the store? Come on, Sony. Remember when you used to be a game company too? I know, weird...
OK....
I remember when the Persona series was gritty, horror oriented and, well, not this. It's unrecognizable these days. "But at least it sells mOrE!!" Pity.
Can we have Quantum Break? Not an amazing game, but a great curiosity, a serviceable 3rd person shooter, some crazy effects, lots of FMVs, and a connection to the rest of Remedy's Universe. It helps complete the set on the PS5 is all I'm saying.
lol
Hopefully. Because this is was a farce from the beginning. The Marathon IP deserves the Halo treatment and not this GAAS trash.
That's the $800 million dollar question, isn't it? While a normal dev would've just done that, while spending the next 11 years updating, expanding, and supporting the game, Chris Roberts saw the possibilities in doing the complete opposite, took his shot, and hit the Jackpot instead. Unbelievable that it actually worked.
I guess we'll see just how much longer they can keep up with the charade - eleven more years? - before it all comes crashing down in clas...
Guys, chill. Just wait for the next E3. Sheesh...
