NPD doesn't want to be used to validate VGCharts data so they are trying to get them to stop. State your numbers VGCharts , but don't use NPD as a reference. That's what I read in this email.

If it is just to play in leagues they need to make a deal with MS and the NHL, NFL, NBA, NCAA, because in the end they are messing with all of these businesses profitability. The sports leagues license the game in one format changing that format violates that license. And on top of that they cheat to boost their gamer score. Well to everyone that uses other peoples skills to boost their score that is sooooo lame. Why play if you can't do it yourself?

MGS4 is not made by Sony and neither is FF13. Gears is published by MS so they own the rights. Nobody on this site has asked for God of War on the 360. It is only third party games that people speculate about.
Have a common enemy there in piracy. Hopefully both can survive that to actually have a console war.
