I like the game and it plays fine for me. No crashes, some occasional loading screens but nothing longer than 5 sec. The graphics are good. What the heck was he playing it on, because it looks good on my 42" lcd. And most of all it is fun once you learn all that you can do with the character. And since when was the dialog in Oblivion that great. They all sound cheesy. Gimme a break
Epic wants everyone to sell as many games possible using their U# Engine they make a royalty on every game sold. They just don't have a large enough staff to support all the licenses they have sold, hence the bad customer support.

Not great but I am enjoying it so I feel my money was well spent and in the end that means more than any game reviewers opinion. If their opinions really mattered they can buy the good games for me if they want me to stay away from the ones they consider bad.
played it for 2 hours now I am hooked. It is very complicated to learn what everything is but the more you play the easier it gets. Not as easy to get into as oblivion but still worth playing if you like RPG's.

At least until after they release. And when was windows not a MS platform. There is confusion out there people MS has two platforms out there not one. (Vista/XP) and the 360. You have to understand the more people that play games for windows the less that goto Mac or Linux. That that might be why a lot of games are 360/ windows games?

Can you imagine how buggy it was before MS forced them to improve it enough to release it. Damn publishers just want cash not realizing that today people can rent before buying. And games that are worth buying are only RPG'S that are good, FPS's that have great online and Sports with great online all others are rentals. So they need to get their stuff together or it will be a lot of rentals from now on.
