You forgot that come February, the One will be out of Order (error code: 1886).
Microsoft has more "AAA" exclusives releasing for the holiday season. So Sony's holiday "AAA" holiday exclusive lineup is lacking.
PS4 has more games released (and releasing in the next year), overall. So the One's library is lacking, overall.
That's not why people assume the PS4 is easier to develop for.
Twitch streams from PS4 have had a 720p option since FW 1.7 (March).
And I wouldn't say it "don't matter," but I would definitely say the stream resolution matters a lot less than the live gaming resolution.

Of the five "retail" games I've bought on PS4, only one of those was physical. "1.0 attach rate for PS4 confirmed!" Not to mention the scores of indies that people can only buy digital, which wouldn't be counted in these numbers either. Sure, there's lots of digital buying on the One as well, which is just further indication that attach rates estimated from retail sales have become borderline obsolete.

23000 yen is about $200, so it's about the same price as a Vita. Actually, if this were cheaper and had touchscreen support (and at least a 720p if not 1080p screen) I might consider it as a wired "remote play" device, since it has real clickable sticks and real L2/R2 buttons.
