They made a ton of money! It's a good business decision, so no, it did not released too soon.

The only reason why I wanted to play TESO, it's because there is no other WRPG at the moment on PS4, but that won't be the case in 6 months. I bet they need the time to figure out how to turn the game into a FTP on console.

If they have cross-buy or at least cheap upgrade, I'll buy it now for PS3.

BATMAN SPOILER !!! : Almost cried, once, when the Joker sings "Only You" at the end of Batman : Arkham City". I know, he's a bad guy but... what a bad guy...

Thanks! I forgot about Murdered: Soul Suspect. The new Sherlock Holmes looks cool too, but I'm not sure if it's coming out before fall.

Yeah... I'm still undecided on the subject. If there were more games for the summer, I would agree completely with you, but for now, TESO seems like a relatively good time killer until fall.

I'm sure TESO should sell a couple of consoles as well.

Funny article. Every time I play a game like that (not just Ubisoft games btw), I want to collect everything and get a platinum trophy! Never done it...

Agreed. Didn't like it in the 90's and I don't think that game will change my mind.

The good thing with VR is that it doesn't necessary needs 100 hours mega productions to be successful. With a level of immersion that high, a very good 3-4 hours experience with environment puzzles, some mystery or mild scaryness will be super impressive. Playing Outlast on VR would cause cardiac arrests, but even Gone Home would be kind a scary (for me) in VR. With that in mind, I think publishers won't be that much of a problem because they can make games faster and cheaper and s...

It's not greed wanting that the game that took you years and millions of dollars to make returns a profit. They are not making them for fun or for the love of the "art". The jobs of all the people you see in the game credits are depending on it.

I think the only big problem is that the AAA games cost more time and money than ever to produce, so the risk is bigger and they need to sell A LOT of copies to make a profit and even is the games are good, they are all battling for the same amount of money in the pocket of gamers. If you have the money to buy one game a month, it does not matter if 5 AAA games came out, you will only get one. I understand why Irrational Games closed. Ken Levine will have less headaches by making smaller c...
