It would be a very sad library of games on all platforms without indies. The perfect distraction between the few true great AAAs.
Me too! I wasn't even interested, but with those reviews, and the fact that I wont have another good action RPG until The Witcher 3 next February (I did not liked Dragon Age 1 and 2, so I won't try 3) convinced me to buy it.

What? It's the best week of the year so far. Shadow of Mordor and Sherlock Holmes looks great! And it's too hardcore for me but Natural Doctrine is supposed to be amazing.
It's no GTA, that's for sure, but if you never played it, It's a good buy. In fact, the gameplay is way more fun than GTA. The melee combat feel's like Batman, the story is amazing, shooting while driving makes you feel like you are in a movie. Very fun game... that will be 30$ in 3 months.
Yep, but what else can he say ? I have to admit that I'm tempted. That game was so amazing but with everything coming out at the same time, they have a really bad timing. I know it will be 30$ in a flash sale in a couple of months, so I'm gonna wait.
All I hope for, it's the pause/resume play on stand by mode. By far my favorite Vita feature.
Yep, and it's phones that they really need to sell, according to the 2 billions they lost. It works for me anyway. The Xperia Z3 will probably be my next phone.
90% of the AAA I play are multiplateform. I chose PS4 because they have a ton of small indies comming out all the time to entertain me between the AAAs. I love to remote play on the vita and PS+ is amazing. I'm yet to find a reason to get an X1.
I agree. GTA will sell very well, but I don't know how many people will want to pay full price for the same game twice and GTA sold a hell of a lot the first time around. Not with so many new games comming out. It's not like The Last Of Us when a lot of people didn't play it lasg gen because they where on Xbox. GTA5 will sell a lot more on PC, but new gen consoles it will just be OK.

@NewMonday What a waste of money! Why would you want 2 phones ? It's not even convenient. If you want to have everything, at least get a combo Vita/Iphone or if you only want only to RemotePlay and the iOS games, go with a Z3/Ipod Touch or iPad mini. That at least makes a little bit more sense.
Gizmodo says that the mount hold the phone with a sucker in the back, so I guess that if it's strong enough, it can hold the Vita. Sony just have to add DS4 native support for the Vita.
Yep! More than enough free games to have fun and I'm sure that just with the sales I have my 55$ a year back. People tend to forget that PS+ have to deal with a delicate balance between giving games away and be sure that you don't only play those free games and still pay for PSN stuff. Profit is still there first objective and there is nothing wrong with that if we get enough for our money.
And if the cradle can hold the Vita and be use for remote play, it would be perfect. I know there is a way to do it right now, but it's a pain in the a...
AAA games are the most boring things to play on the Vita. The reason is simple, even if the Vita is a relatively powerful machine, any AAA game on it will look pale compare to their console counterparts, therefore, less interesting. BUT the Vita is just perfect for RPGs and indies. Games that are originals and does not need a powerhouse to run properly and look nice. I played 10 minutes of Borderlands 2 on the Vita, but about 20 hours of Rogue Legacy and at least 120 hours of Persona 4 G...
The Vita is an amazing gaming machine. I broke my original one a month ago and I immediately bought a new one and I would not have done the same thing with my PS4 (not only because twice the price). I "can't live" without a Vita. More people need to try it.
They make a ton of great games every year. What other company have that track record? For my part I won't let 180p stop me from playing Unity and Far Cry 4 this year.
