The only thing that really need to be transfered is the game saves, everything else can be redownloaded off the marketplace but who has 2 harddrives....seems alittle pricy to do...none the less, im sure there are people that do thi.
Know you can skip the adapter and just save it directly onto the SD and pop it into the wii or burn it to a DVD R. GO NINTENDO, show those hackers who boss!!!! ;)

thats a good point but you would never hear this from a sony employee and Im sure microsoft teared the ps3 apart to see what makes it tick and they probably noticed this which examining the machine in operation. You have to know that microsoft biggest product is OS, so they should do it properly. Also who knows what kind of things sony is running in the background
Its true the HDMI people are in the single digits and only a small fraction of those people even know what it even is. And only a fraction of those people will even go out and buy and HDMI cable and set it up probably. Most TVs have 1 port which is usually hooked up to an upconverting DVD player, which the xbox 360 should replace now since upconverting is allowed over HDMI.

Premium- for the majority of us that download demos off the marketplace and some DLC
Elite- For the marketplace junkies that download tv shows, movies, pipe it to their HDTV, for the HD-DVD users and also for the XNA people so they can finally store a bunch of their home made games.
Did microsoft's boat really scare away potential buyers, or maybe the store opened later than the others so the fans just went to another store. Who knows, maybe sony can be kind and give some to the fold at home project, we all saw the huge amount Nintendo donated and mirosoft donated a huge lot last year.
Can anyone with the UK ps3 answer if the software emulation of a ps2 game on a ps3 will lead to 1080p output, if it doens't then how can sony justify removing the EE, besides savings for sony, at a cost of limited compatibility.
well its a good thing one person opinion can't sway an entire franchise. GTA sold millions of copies, I believe it was more than Halo so obviously people like it. They are the same people that dont post their opinions all over the internet.
I'm amazed that they are this far into production, didn't know how much time it took to put all this together.
The wii target audience are casual gamers that usually pick up a few games a year so a massive amount of games aren't needed.

What I really want is a combo drive for my xbox 360, this way I get the best of both worlds.
