NO PALADIN? THIS IS MADNESS!
that he thinks these shows are dumb and since only Sony went to this one its convient to criticize them for it. It's a pretty dumb article though, we get it, jaded game jounalists think big trade shows are outdated and no one likes e3 anymore...balh blah blah
Edit: When the automobile industry stops pumping money into their trade show offerings then we can talk about how useless GC and E3 are in the meantime, no.
If you didn't do anything else while moving he would automatically block some blaster fire, and if you held block then no he couldn't move which makes it almost useless IMO although I want to try it on the AT-ST next time I wonder if you can deflect those massive blaster shots. lol
The plastic tennis racket and gold club things to put your wiimote in for Wii Sports. Just barely though.
that I found it hard to target what I wanted to target with force powers... but it was late and a I was tired I will try it again and decide. The lightsaber was pretty nerfed but we all saw that coming, over all it was pretty fun, though not as amazing as my friends want to believe it will be.
But first of all... contrary to popular believe I am not the CEO of Sony Corp. So you sound like an idiot when talking as if what happpens to Sony effects me in any direct way. Second of all trying to rephrase your analogy doesn't detract from my original point that for a self proclaimed Biology Major your understanding of basic ecosystems is atrocious. BTW I go to Bryant University and I am an Accounting Major making it even more hilarious that my education in biology is superior to yours,...
no offense... but if you are a Biology Major please tell me where you go to school so I can warn people to never go there because that is by far the WORST account I have ever heard on the Dodo's extinction. By "newcomers" do u mean Humans? In which case the Dodo went extinct because Humans hunted it to death since it had no instinctual flight response. But your school was probably to cool to teach you about natural selection and how it effects evolution, they were much to busy re...
I remember that and I also remember hearing that this game would get back into the umbrella story line... interesting. I still miss the T-virus though so I hope its back
Should do themselves a favor and preorder it to get the sick DL that comes with preorder. Hence the preorder numbers i think
That was one of the funniest Interviews I've ever read, they'd be talking seriously then the guy literally asked him if he believed in real zombies lol!
Back on topic: I hope its scarier then RE4 was, and since (according to the interview) they are focusing on many different environments (unlike RE4) maybe the end will be scary. Although how different (slash how scary) can environments get in Africa other than above ground/underground a la RE4. I wonder if this game will pul...
I didn't even consider that possibility... I can already hear the ear-splitting crys of feminist anger now. Bubbles for your prophetic abilities I actaully looking foward to it now ))
IF this game is truely as amazing as its supposed to be that will show in the demo... so I'm psyched to find out. Hopefully I will have a reason to get the DLC. If the engine works well, it would be interesting to see if it could be used to support a whole new story as DLC, I'd love to see more games do that, and this game sounds like a good canidate to give it a try. My fingers hurt they are crossed so hard LOL.
for the internet feminazis to jump all over these new Skinny Princess screens for their insensitivity to fat girls! LOL
Especially if they really emphasized the immersion level, like when you run the screen reacts (wobbles) and pull a Bioshock where when stuff grabs you you get turned around, but like you said forget the normal combat stuff. Thats what held Condemned back IMO, clunky combat. Instead you would have to find clues and figure stuff out in time before being killed in a variety of mysterious ways like a stephen king novel come to life... and then a dozen games just like it would come out ))
Its in black and white... but either way I'm worried taht the visual style will make this gmae unplayable, at least for me... I'm keeping my fingers crossed though casue its a cool concept, I just hope it doesnt pull a NMH and sell like crap despite being awesome... "are you prepared?"
In reality it wasnt the zombies that was scary about RE1 but how after the first time the dogs jumped through the windows ( i almost peed myself) or a zombie popped out of a closet you never felt safe in the mansion agian, every where could be a trap. I mean lets be honest the horrible voice acting ruined the idea of the story being scary lol "what is this?" "what is it?" "is it blood?" "its blood!" "I hope its not chris's blood!" "gasp...
They added the switch mecanic that was supposed to be in the original?
You'll notice I adressed the only other major difference between those games being how you stand in place to shoot. And I said that feels natural, being able to run and gun like you can in uncharted, or run up and chainsaw a faux-zombie in the face like in GeOW would take away from whatever is left of RE thrill/scare factor. Other than the cover and the aforemention gameplay mecanics whats so different about the gameplay? I think it makes sense that Chris is stiff (he's prolly crapping his...
In RE5 your shooting faux-zombies not enemies tht shoot back so why tkae cover. If it was me (and I have def thought about this before lol) I would just stand there and blast away too. Thats why I always though RE played naturally even before the control tweaks of RE4.
edit: woops I ment to respond to Too Pawned
I hate how this guy talks as if he invented Counter-strike... It's kind of sad really that the best thing to valves name is a mod made by some college kids over a decade ago... However this game does look like next reason I will have to neglect my consoles for a while.
