PS Plus games are games given free to subscribers.
Free to Play games are games made by a developer that are meant to be freely enjoyed, without up-front cost. Locking them behind a paywall defeats the purpose.

No, it's literally not possible. PS3 can't just be emulated via software, the Cell processor is too complicated for proper software emulation right now, and impossible via hardware.
Guys trying to make an emulator with high-end PCs are struggling to get games running, let alone running without some massive issues.
JC4 is not a finished game in its current state, and certainly not optimized. Hooo boy.

Not possible with the current hardware. PS3 games can't be properly emulated or run with the PS4's processor, hence why you have to essentially play them on a PS3 with the image streamed to you.
