Except not all NES/SNES games are their IPs, hence why they can't legally resell them all either. Some are genuinely lost to time without emulation.
He didn't "walk away" from the game lmao
Besides, it was entirely Tabata's decision to scrap literally everything and start over.
FFIX Music >>> FFXV Music
Meh. Watered-down.
I'm waiting for the next proper entry. Assuming they don't try to carry too much over from these, at least.
I made a vaguely similar comment once a few years ago.
I'll see you in court, you plagiarist.
When did I say Jack liked Stan? I said Stan respected Jack and his contributions far more than Kirby's more rabid fanboys are willing to give him credit for. And he DID fight for the man's legacy to be properly honored. Praised the man every time he spoke of him, teared up at the man's career reel at the D23 awards... respect may have only remained one way, but it was still there.
He did, second-to-last narration bubble in Amazing Fantasy #15
"And a lean, silent figure slowly fades into the gathering darkness, aware at last that in this world, with great power, there must also come -- Great Responsibility!"
“And so a legend is born and a new name is added to the roster of those who make the world of fantasy the most exciting realm of all!”
1. Most of that is proven bunk, including the Spider-Man bit.
2. He and Jack had business beef, but Stan respected him immensely as a creator and fought to see his legacy honored.
Think before you slander the dead.
Or... you know... with his wife he was still deeply in love with when she passed...
Bob Kane and Bill Finger*
Remember when they did that "#SavePlayerOne" spot for E3 a couple years back? Basically saying SP games were here to stay?
Now, this. Now a co-op focused Wolfenstein. Etc. lol
"PS4 Back Catalog"
What?
Yeah, but Crash was full of linear levels, Spyro's worlds are a lot more open and alive. So there IS a bit of a difference.
This is ridiculous though.
Cue the incessant whining and baseless speculation!
I didn't know releasing PS4 titles on it during the PS4 gen was somehow backwards compatibility.
It matters a lot at the start of a gen. lol
@Switch4One PS3's did it via hardware. They essentially had a PS2 inside the PS3. That's why it was removed in later models, to cut costs.
We're inventing new ways to be oppressed, I guess.
I love how a game that dealt with the concepts of death, mortality, learning you were an artificial construct created to be death incarnate, finding your place in the world, being who you are vs who you're expected to be... is somehow regarded as childish and immature.
