Most of the Xbox dudes have done nothing but crap on this game, I have my doubts it'd sell well to that crowd.

Criticizing a studio decision to turn a highly anticipated sequel to an SP game into an always-online service title is not entitlement. Especially when it was once stated that there would be some offline play.
Though I'm sure you can probably find plenty of people taking it too far, or making some pretty silly demands, the premise itself is not entitlement. Jaffe is once again desperate for attention.

The Silent Protagonist is there to more or less allow him to be a self-insert, or however you choose to view him.
That said, I do prefer when they at least give you dialogue choices to flesh that concept out, but that's a minor complaint.
Because you have to renew a trademark to maintain exclusivity over that trademark. Otherwise, anyone out there could use the name, title, characters, etc as it defaults to being Public Domain.
Every company does this unless they want a property going Public Domain though. Doesn't necessarily mean too much.

@rdgneoz3 You're missing a key point here. People who have mod or cheat software installed on their hard drive, but not running on Fallout 76, or even AT ALL, are getting banned. The game is scanning for the software and banning people if it's so much as detected. A guy hadn't even run his software in a year and got banned because it was detected on his hard drive.
This is kinda ridiculous.
