There is NEVER a "good reason" to ignore issues in a review. Say they're minor, say they don't make it unfun, say whatever qualifier you want, but do NOT just ignore issues cuz "everything else is so good". Especially when some of those issues are objective and not preferential.

No, you'd literally have to have their account. As in be logged into it. This is similar to a phishing scam, in which someone deceptively tries to get you to click on a link that actually allows them access to your account.
