I've never had that problem.
Woah now.
Weren't you the one insisting on a Wii U release and saying they'd stick to Nintendo over PS?
For the last 4 weeks, the PS4 and Vita have outsold the Wii U in Japan, and this is not an uncommon occurrence. You need Media Create numbers?

PS4 and Vita have frequently outsold the Wii U on the weekly in Japan. It has momentum. Square is also hoping to increase its user base. DQ is one of the most popular franchises in Japan.
You do the math.
For everyone wanting "proof" that it was a multiplat:
Does Yoshida thinking it was coming to PS4 and not knowing it was timed exclusive until the Gamescom announcement count?

Since you love to try to bring up Uncharted so much, let's do so again.
Naughty Dog is not making the Nathan Drake Collection, someone else is. It was outsourced. However, as ND were the designers and it's their work, they often travel to Bluepoint's studio to check their work and offer up ideas in the event they run into coding issues. Quality control on their franchise, in other words.
Not sure why they couldn't call 343 and ask for assistan...
Sadly it wasn't, and that's visible from gameplay alone. The FPS mode looks terrible too.
Played the Godzilla demo for PS3 when it was out in Japan. Cannot, for the life of me, understand the complaints for it. Control scheme was unorthodox and awkward at first but I adjusted to it by the end of the first demo stage. The only thing I can think is that people either aren't used to that or they expected it to be unnaturally fast-paced like the old Godzilla brawlers on PS2/Xbox.
This was one reason Demos were so loved last gen, they helped you cut through the BS ...
It's not news though. This has been known since the specs released and then confirmed in testing.
This is clickbait.
The licenses they have for the original game are PS/PC only. Very likely there's a reason for that and could very well mean the remake will be for those platforms only as well.
Loved the first game. Wanted to get the sequel, was hype when it was announced at E3 that year.
Then Gamescom came and they pulled that stunt, moneyhatted so fast that even Yoshida learned about that deal from the reveal there; so far as he'd known, it was a simultaneous release. Was not happy.
So no, your strawman don't fly there. lol
If this E3 was anything to go by, it seems Square is trying very much to mend any ill will with Playstation.
Yes, we get it, Wii U is less powerful, Nintendo goof'd, dead horse is dead.
But the rest is some pretty strong hyperbole.
More on-topic: wondering how the refund sitch is gonna go.
@beaks
That's not the issue though. It's not about the "fun" factor, it's in WHY Nintendo can make that work. Even without the graphics, the physics engine alone in this game uses an entire processing core. It could barely be made to work on the PS4 or Xbone without sacrifices already.
It's not for lack of trying, they simply thought they would have more to work with than they did when optimizing.
Dude... that's just being silly, c'mon.
They could barely get this game optimized for the other consoles for crying out loud.
I think this is meant to be satire.
Just not terribly good at communicating it.
Vita's not "Legacy" status, the original model is. System's still getting support.
They said in the article they weren't the same angles and explained why.
I actually liked the movie to be honest. It wasn't really bad by any stretch of the imagination.
