Dude... wtf? This has nothing to do with anything.

Bubble popped.

Edit: Kakkoii.... that still has nothing to do with this article. Plus, the only way he uses that is to say that Wii is a Gamecube 2, which some people think is offensive. Of course, it's true, just like the new PS is a Playstation 3. The Wii just has a different name, similarly to how the 360 attempted to do the same.

Yeah, talk about a powerful computer. Still, it may not happen for a while, according to the above comments.

It was in the article about how Will Wright said that Wii is the only next-gen system.

Yeah, I completely forgot about this game. It's way down on my list of upcoming Wii games though... and with my income that means I'll probably get it in 2009 or something.

Ohhh SIXAXIS could... uh... um...

Navigate menus in a fun way? Rotate camera? Hmm...

Oh, I know! We could make it control a pointer on the screen. Wherever you tilt it, the pointer moves in that direction!

...or you could just put it on the Wii.

Haha yeah right. My Wii's more powerful than my PC :P

Besides, I think the Wii could handle it. The controller sure is perfect.

Anyways, we must bow to the wishes of Will Right (spelling on purpose).

Of these flamebait 'news' articles. Does anyone know of a better gaming news hub?

Adriokor- Let the bubbles and agrees speak. Are you sure you're not the delusional one?

Forum- I agree. Nintendo's always been nice to its customers. It's got a very chill feel that I like more than the constant crossfire between PS3 and Xbox360. I don't suppose the fanboys of those two consoles have ever considered that they may be driving people away from their console by being such idiots themselves.

Shaka- I echo Forum's point on Nintendo's humility- th...

After the professional eating competition, they will work it off with Wii Fit (or just throw up)!

This article is worth the read. Take it to heart. Even though I consider myself rather moderate/right (as someone up there was trying to tie this into politics), I agree with the artistic review. I love art, and games are art. You don't slap a number on art. Try taking a HS-College level art class, paint something you like and ask the teacher for a grade. That will probably tell you how much other people's opinions correlate with your own: one man's trash is another man's treasure. So ...

Okay guys, here's the deal. There is no 'bubble'. It will not 'burst'. The Wii has a nice big group of consumers and is selling as fast as it is produced. It's fun for a while, sure. Wii Sports will keep you entertained for a month or so, and with friends. The thing is, there are deeper games below the surface that will keep the Wii alive long after its popularity has faded and the fickle public leaves it. The bubble will still not burst, because that's just how the market works: you m...

The Wii is still a new console and it's not likely to 'die' any time soon. I mean, since when has ANY console 'died'? The sales may slow a bit, but it will never just drop off the face of the planet after being #1 for so long. That's just fanboy fantasy.

Dude, there are plenty of people on this site who play Wii and I'll bet all are at least 14. So quit insulting us. It's probably the 8 year olds who AREN'T playing at this point, because it's been out for a while and the popularity has somewhat subsided. Popularity is a fickle beast, and in the end it will probably be just us hardcores still using the console. That's something Nintendo has to take into account.

Fire Emblem is going to use standard controls. Of course, then fanboys will STILL complain that it doesn't use the waggle. And if it did, they would complain for that as well.

Besides, the pointer alone can provide a lot of depth, if a dev knows how to use it. The trick is to make the controls polished so you can pull of complicated systems of motions.

Yeah, I've never even heard of the Golden Joysticks.

Still, congrats to Gears. It is a good game.

Yeah, the Wii probably isn't powerful enough. Oh well, so it goes. Can't have it all.

I'm sorry, but that was lame. If motion controls are to physically excruciating for you, then go to the gym.

You can't just throw on characters that have appeared on a Sony system. Super Smash brawlers are Nintendo exclusives, save these new ones like Sonic and Snake. In Melee and the original, they were all Nintendo-Developed characters.

That means, no Tony Hawk (wtf?) and no James Bond, plus a few more in there I saw. Sony can't just reach out and grab them away from other consoles to claim them as their own. That also means no 3rd party-developed characters. That's just the wa...

That you could.

These new hardware additions, I believe, will be used in more interesting and fulfilling games later on. Fig. A: Zapper comes bundled with small Zelda game. Rather lame, but think of the possibilities with FPS and rail shooters.

I played Ghost Squadron once in an arcade and I just wanted to die so I could put the gun down.

At least at home you can sit down.
