It was never an exclusive to Playstations. Are people forgetting that Square Enix made a KH game for the Gameboy Advance in 2004 and have been making game for Nintendo Handhelds ever since?
They aren't going bankrupt. Too much hype is surrounding 15 and KH3. Those games are guaranteed to sell, no question.

But this game is different. Square felt the need to add customization and you know what that means. They are obviously going to be adding a bunch of skimpy wear, that is the thing I see the most in these trailers and screenshots.

I would only be buying it becuase I wouldn't want all the developer's hard work go to waste. Wouldn't you feel bad if you put time into making a game and nobody bought it? Yeah, I'm pretty sure you would. I would only be thinking about and trying to support the developers.
