You can have them imported so this wouldn't be a problem. The xboxone is only supported in a few countries at launch.
I know that Sony sells in Japan no matter what but I can see this not sitting well with a couple of Japanese gamers.
But there also tons of people who hang on only to good games. For example : I'm never getting rid of my copy of Tomb Raider but I would have no problem getting rid of other games.
