Maybe they should try to have decent customer support. Obviously they aren't the "worst" company, but it would be very easy for them to simply avoid this list altogether if they treated their customers like human beings instead of criminals and dollar signs.

They are gonna have to step up the release of these patches, the free month ends in two weeks and there are still tons of gamebreaking issues. I don't know a single person renewing after the first month, and if I finish the Smuggler storyline before my free month is over, I probably won't be renewing either.
Siren and Fatal Frame all had sequels after SH2 which were far scarier.
I love fanservice as much as the next perv, but there's no denying that the flood of it that occurred half-way through the PS2's lifetime basically killed the modern Japanese RPG.

Missile and Francis York Morgan are the best characters this generation.
My second PS3 broke two weeks ago. Of course Sony wants another $150. Apparently keeping it dusted weekly and in an incredibly open space isn't enough. Even my 360 still works. The only other consoles I've had break are my PS2, two PS1s and a PSP; and I've had everything under the sun, all of which still work, except my Sony garbage.
I hope to not have to avoid the game, but if there is an online pass I will.

Here's a lot of peoples thought process: Oh boy I'd sure love to play *insert Japanese exclusive game here*, I'll just import it and... oh wait, the 3DS is region locked, so I have to import not only the game but also another $200+ handheld as well? I guess I'll just pirate it.
As soon as they bypass region lock I'm picking one up for the most likely dozens of games we never get overseas. It's truly Nintendo's own fault that people are quick to rush for a solution for the mind-numbingly stupid region lock in the first place.
I hope you aren't in the US, considering the LE was a free upgrade and only $59.99

Its literally WoW in space. If you want WoW in space then it doesn't suck; if you don't (I wanted KotOR3), then yeah, it sucks.
