Worst game all year, easily. Worse than Cabela's Hunting Simulator.
As far as walking sims go, What Remains of Edith Finch is easily the best, because it features actual little gameplay segments.
Singleplayer games are dead though, right Microsoft?
Too bad we're never getting this in the West.
OBS and XSplit aren't gonna let people "hack" the game, this is just them not wanting prospective PC buyers to see how badly this performs and how bad the game is on PC through Twitch streams. Scummy as hell.
Sure, if you are too stupid to buy the game ANYWHERE else, you deserve to get ripped off. If Microsoft priced Bayonetta at $199 on XBL and then gave it away in GWG, would that make it a better deal? No.
There is no way in hell Just Cause 3 is still selling for $59, try $19. This post is biased as hell. Even though PS+ is the better value when you realize the correct prices, fanboys still go out of their way to look stupid.
Bayonetta is easily the best game on the list, so if all you care about is what is the best game, Microsoft won this one.
The first Xenoblade for me, but Persona 5 is definitely up there, probably second.
SNES Classic Pre-Orders Ending Soon after.
I care. I'll never use the portability mode, so there will never be a reason to ever buy a third-party game on the system, and so far there are only maybe three first-party games with release dates that even look remotely interesting.
The concept is amazing and they pulled it off well.
Nah, its just the (old) big publishers like Sega, Capcom, Konami, and parts of Square Enix that don't understand the Western market or the gaming industry as a whole anymore.
Why am I not surprised that its a shootan game?
"Remember that series that's fondly remembered, didn't sell well but has a small but dedicated fanbase? Well f*** those guys, we are going to make the next one mainstream and generic!"
"Why didn't our game sell? I guess no one wants [insert old game series] anymore!"
Catering to the lowest common denominator, simple as that. People want their shootan games and their sims 4, so that's all brick and mortars will stock. Usually the people who exclusively stick to a single genre are dumb enough to be upsold, which is why its common practice.
Don't even get me started on the recent practice of brick and mortars not price matching their own damn website.
Persona is on consoles and SMT has not been since Nocturne (which is widely considered one of the best in the series). Simple as that.
I think it's sarcasm.
To be honest, I think its too late for Mother 3, at least in its GBA state. They waited too long and sat on their hands as a fan translation much better than anything the Treehouse could produce flourished instead of trying to get something out in a timely manner. People already played what would be the superior translation even if NoA got off their asses; they'd censor something important and everyone would Nope right out of there and refuse to buy it.
Now a 3DS port w...
Singleplayer Saint Row knockoff = Nope.
And you know they are going to make army building painfully slow in order to tempt people into paying for the "micro" transactions.
