This is very early days. Stop jumping to conclusions before you have any hard data to go on. Even if Stadia did flop and is a technical disaster, that does not mean the future of gaming isn't streaming because Sony and Microsoft are also heavily investing in streaming. Google are not a startup so its a marathon and not a sprint to them. And btw I am a software engineer working on game streaming tech so I know a bit more than you average air heads.

Of course Decima works on PC. Games are developed on PC and tested on the console dev kit. However devs will still implement the direct x graphics api for testing purposes on PC because it's quicker to test and debug. Nearly every game you play had it's code written in Microsoft's Visual Studio IDE on Windows. There are other IDEs but Visual Studio is the best for C++ and the standard for professional developers.
Well they must enjoy the experience if they spend that much time at it. Anthem isn't critically acclaimed but that doesn't mean a lot of people don't like it. People complain about everything nowadays. Would be better if they put that time and energy into doing something creative and the world would be a better place...
