I doubt people thought the PS2 had better graphics than the 360, when the original xbox had significantly better graphics than the PS2. There isn't huge value in hacking the ps3 because the games are so big that you'd need a large hd to install them to. Also, who's going to download exclusives that are over 30gb in size, buy a blu ray burner and buy blank blu ray dvds? It isn't economically beneficial considering the effort that is involved because hackers can get multiplatform games for free so much more easily on the 360 so that leaves PS3 exclusives which are huge in disc size. Lol at this article. Kinect was a huge disappointment at E3 and it will likely fail. Move was much more impressive and I'm really looking forward to Sorcery. M$ failed with hardware. The 360 is the faultiest console in the history of consoles. The slim revision is a joke and the PS3 Slim is much better and wowed people unlike this piece of trash. The PS3 is a more powerful console than the 360 in every way. Don't even get me started on exclusive games...
I don't think it will be San Andreas. LA Noire is already doing LA for starters. San Andreas is huge, bigger than the LC in GTAIV. They're not going to simply rehash the same map from San Andreas in HD and they can't make it bigger due to 360 DVD9 limitations. It is not about realism. It is about believability. When the unreal aspects of a game can be explained somewhat logically, the player can become more immersed in the game world because they lose themselves in the imagination and almost forget they're playing a game. Hence the points made in the article.
Forget what Valve think. It doesn't matter. What matters is this. Portal 2 is coming to PS3 and the PS3 version will be the best console version and will support online play with PC/MAC players. If that's not awesome. WTF is?
Forget this crap and bring out MGS5 exclusive to PS3. I want a proper MGS game on PS3. MGS4 was awesome but I want more! MGS is about stealth and action, not about hacking and slashing. There are too many hack and slash games now. I feel time is being wasted on Rising, when Kojima Productions could be making a proper MGS game.
This is excellent news. PS3 is the only console that you can play Portal 2 online with PC/MAC players. This makes the PS3 version far superior to the 360 version. It will be interesting to see whether the mouse or controller will come out on top. I guess Gabe wasn't talking trash. He meant it when he said the PS3 version would be the best console version. It will also be great to use Steam on the PS3. The PS3 now officially, does everything!
Yeah lol. MW2 is a far better example. At least some of the glitches in RDR were fun. MW2 however, was a travesty when it came to glitches.
I'm going with the regular edition and I'm going to buy the best wheel out there. Damn still have to wait until November.
The more glitches they see in advance, the better. Its better that they're known and fixed now than after the game is released (cough RDR cough).
This game looks absolutely stunning. Remember, this is an open-world game running at 60fps with beautiful graphics on five year old hardware. Id have done a great job.
It's advertising. Every company in the world is the same. I don't like M$ but come on, no company is going to advertise with somebody talking negatively about the product.
I think MGS5 PS3 exclusive will be in development after Rising and will close out the PS3's generation before or shortly after the launch of the PS4. Kojima has probably began working on it already.
This can be annoying if you want to move the 360 a bit to the right or left to create space when its on. It is not a big deal but its still annoying at times.
This game shows how Move can be used for hardcore games and it looks pretty damn fun. This is why Move is better than Kinect. Kinect doesn't do hardcore. Move only does everything!
A 360 can be bought for 150 dollars. That's all I'll say.
