I don't have patience when I've paid £65 for a game. None at all. I expect to be able to play it when I want to, not just when the servers are working

Rolling starts baffle me. Love the game, don't get me wrong, but the rolling starts make it less of a race, and more a chase. Why not add qualifiers to a race, and have grid starts? That would show just how good the AI is. I'm still not convinced that the AI of improved over previous games because the rolling starts mean you're never competing on a level footing.
Oh, and as we've seen today, the always online aspect is a big no-no. At the moment the game is...
Thanks Polyphony. I would like to enjoy GT7 but since the servers are still down even though maintenance was supposed to have ended 6 hours ago I can't actually play anything outside of music rally. I might think twice next time before throwing my £65 at any game that says its requires an online connection to play.

And this is why a game always being online is a bad idea. Basically because the maintenance has overrun by almost 6 hours it means we can't actually play it. I didn't pay £65 to only be able to play my game when they're not having issues. I know it's unlikely but what is the servers are down for days? Game is essentially unplayable. I should be able to have access to the full game when I want, not just at server uptime
Just checked and still down now. At least the game starts now even if I can't actually play it. It didn't even start before I reinstalled it. The maintenance was supposed to have finished almost 6 hours ago though, so guess they're having issues
Got the latest update earlier today, tried to start the game and got the old "can't start game or app" tried restarting, turning ps5 off and leaving it for a while, nothing worked so had to delete and reinstall. Wouldn't mind but 100gb doesn't take seconds to download. Not sure what caused it but hopefully the reinstall will fix the problem

24 hours and still unplayable in the UK. Excellent, this is what I paid £65 for is it? Never again. Never again will I buy any game that requires an Internet connection to play.
