That would be my guess as well, unless they use a dynamic resolution scaler, which worked well in Wolfenstein (2014) and Halo 5 but not so well in Blops 3.

Title is deceptive(very unprofessional); Rod Ferguson mentions the 60fps MP of Gears of War UE, implying that the multiplayer of Gears 4 will 60fps. He also states the game will be a graphical showcase for the Xbox One. He never confirms that both campaign and multiplayer will be 60 FPS.

I don't recall Xbox live being down this year yet . However I do remember a day (several hrs) where the servers for ms firstly party games were down. I had a few instances were my friends list didn't work,which in turn messed up the chat system.

I just played Gears of War Ultimate Edition MP at 1080p 60fps. Rise of the Tomb Raider is 1080p on Xbox One and it is one of the best looking console games.

The REQ system is a really like a slot machine (even when your guaranteed permanent unlocks). It took me over 3 months to get a simple Battle Rifle skin.
I usually earn enough REQ points to purchase either two silver packs or one gold pack. This is normally done within a hour or so. I have never bought any micro transactions in this game (even when I play Warzone). I do enjoy the fact that there are 'free' maps for everyone. I played the beta and got bored fast. I know several people that bought into the hype of the game (or the movie) and stopped playing after a week. This game didn't have enough content to maintain a large player base on PC.
