If sales and adoption rates for VR headsets and software were a lot higher, MS would definitely have jumped in. At the moment, they are happy to bide their time while working on mixed reality tech.

Personally, I don't really see Tom Holland as a young Nathan Drake, but perhaps he can pull it off. Not that optimistic that this movie will be any good though as Hollywood hasn't done too well with movies based on video games.
