Interesting opinion. Mentions major issue with microtransactions, but doesn't seem to affect the score much.
That depends on Rockstar, huh?
Perhaps the author could watch the 'movie' made up of the cutscenes as there are plenty on Youtube. Would save them $60 too.
Good luck to Andrew House. He certainly played a big part in the success of the Playstation.
Interesting.

I'm not a big fan of this growing trend, but plenty of people seem to be and unfortunately, I don't see it disappearing anytime soon. Shark cards, loot boxes, and other in game items that you can purchase with real money will likely see its way into more games, especially with the focus on GaaS.
I thought he left the VR stuff to work as a cosplay model?
A new Summer Lesson? Sounds great!
Doritos, Mountain Dew, and Xbox. A match made in heaven.
Lol.
If this is true, then Shenmue III must be a timed 'console exclusive' for the PS4, huh?
Not a VR game anymore?
Neat. I wonder if this will be released in the West?
Reading the part about Driv3r gave me the feeling of déjà vu.
I thought the game was okay, but not one that is worth buying again.
After 15+ years in the console industry, I don't think MS is going to invest in creating new first party studios for Xbox. It just isn't worth it to MS when they are making more money on Live subscriptions. With MS focussing on Gaas, this will ensure Xbox gamers continue to subscribe to Live in order to play these games. Halo, Forza, and Gears, might be its backbone, but the Xbox is now a multi-platform games console, and will continue to be.
Good interview. I've never played any of the earlier Ace Combat games. Are they related in regards to the story and characters with this latest entry?
Does the spelling of his first name mean the Xbox One X will have AAA console exclusives?
Needs more microtransactions /s
