I really enjoyed Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning but I'd prefer to see a sequel rather than a remake, on current gen consoles and PC.
If someone wants to pay someone else to get a trophy or achievement, that is their business.
Share Play could be a good thing as it allows a friend to play a portion of the full game. It may lead to that friend buying the game themselves.
I'm sure Microsoft will look at implementing their own version of this.
I think Hideo Kojima really enjoys doing this kind of stuff for his projects, similar to 'Moby Dick Studios' and 'Joakim Mogren'.
Whichever platform(s) it lands on, remember to pack a change of underwear or two.
The answer is no, IMO. I just don't think Tomb Raider is as big of a name as it used to be. Sales of the reboot weren't considered good enough even for Square Enix despite the 'Definitive Edition'.
Tomb Raider fans on PS4 and PC will wait until the exclusivity period ends, but I'm sure this has left those fans with strong feelings against Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix.
If they promised this to WiiU after it hit the stretch goal then it is a kick in the balls to those who wanted this on the console. I guess they didn't have a contract with Nintendo yet?
To paraphrase a former Newcastle United Manager "I will love it if Kojima remakes Metal Gear 1 & 2. Love it."
I'm definitely interested in this game. It seems like a contrast to Silent Hills if the Youtube teaser is anything to go by. I wonder if 'Until Dawn' follows any of the horror movie cliches as mentioned in 'Scream'?
Sony needs to keep upping their game for the Tokyo Game Show as I'm sure Microsoft is going to go all out to attract the Japanese and other Asian gamers prior to the launch of the Xbox One.
I suspect that MS might have secured an exclusive or two that hasn't been announced yet, and Sony will want to steal attention from them right at the time they enter the Asian market.
Loads of cool features for Forza Horizon 2. They really know how to make a great social racer.
Interesting article. It was the picture that drew me here though.
Square Enix needs the money. Wait and see if FFXV or KH3 end up as an 'exclusive'.
This could set a precedent for future Square Enix games. Imagine if MS paid for Final Fantasy XV and/or Kingdom Hearts 3 'exclusivity'?
It would be quite the thing if the sequel only manages 30fps on the Xbox One and 60fps when it is released later on the PS4.
Agree. It looks good. Wish it was coming to the PS4 though as it isn't enough for me to get an Xbox One.
Dang. Square Enix just gave the finger to every Playstation fan with that one. This could really end up hurting them in the end.
On the other side, this could boost Xbox One sales in the EU.
1TB HDD. Had to happen eventually.
Seems like a niche game but could prove to be a system seller, no?
You're all winners!
Sean Bean was good in the movie adaptation and I'm hopeful Norman Reedus will do a good job in the new game.
