As a fan of Japanese games I'm more of a Sony fan, but my 360 has allways been a great device.

The XBone is no threat to the ps4 in Japan. ( in other regions maybe, but not so when it comes to Japan ).
MS has failed with the 360 when it comes to that market and is still rethinking its strategy there.
Like pirate said. For the first time Sony might just release later in Japan.
MS will not release in Japan. It faces more competition in the US and Europe. As such there is a real chance it will give priority to those regions.
Having said that it is all just speculation.

Strange, played on my Saturn yesterday. It even has a nice scart cable that makes the colors nice and crispy. Still doesn't deliver HD pictures as the ps3 and Vita do.
