No wonder the game runs like crap even on the PC. They push the graphics in ways people don't even notice or care about.
Really highly doubt a 3-4 year old gaming pc can do this http://www.neogaf.com/forum...
The best metric to compare Killzone SF to is Crysis 3. If you can build a $400 system to run Crysis 3 at 1080p very high details 30-40fps then I'm all ears.
They don't understand it's not an apples to apples comparison.
My i7-2600k at 4.4ghz is practically pointless seeing as how no developer will ever ever push this CPU to the max on games. While on the PS4/X1 they can tax that CPU 100%, 100% all times if they want to.
Now before those PC master race guys chime in saying "but but but your i7 is so powerful it doesn't need to be maxed out" while that is true it's a $320 CPU so of course...
It's an improvement but still isn't great.
And in order to get the Lotus GP car you have to buy into their VIP program. You still have to buy their DLC car pass to get the LaFerrari.
Better or not it doesn't matter when the GPU on the Xbone is severely underpowered. It's equivalent to a low end cheap $100 GPU.
Guerilla games said they have barely scratched the surface with killzone sf. And anybody who's actually played the game knows how amazing that game looks. It can only get better from here on.
The only thing I got from that is the annoying new term sub-1080p. That's like trying to make it sound like it's 1080p. Why can't they just say 900p or 720p.
Towers all over xb1 titles. Because nothing comes close to killzone shadow fall as far as tech goes.
Credit does have to be given to them for creating that game. Except reading that entire article, you can't help but shake the feeling what they could have achieved with more powerful hardware. Imagine that game 900p 60fps or 1080p really locked at 30fps. Instead they make concessions because of the constraints of weak hardware.
That's what he needs to make, something that isn't so serious and have more light hearted elements. Throw in some comedy into the mix.
BF4 is impressive because of the scale.
But killzone is impressive because of the small details. Super sharp textures, insanely detailed character models, environments, effects, etc. All running in native 1080p.
Yeah basically he says #dealwithit
In a way yes, at the same time a person who wants to play with their favorite car isn't able to play with it because it's $60. And the fact that the previous game forza 4 offered 500 cars and now they cut back to offer only 200 and charge the rest as DLC. It's a dick move through and through.
Cuders, for some reason Wal-Mart is only letting people do it through their mobile site. I did it for the ps4 and it Just says sold out.
Probably 95% will be 1080p. So far the only single non-1080p game on the PS4 is BF4.
Seeing as how mostly only multiplatform titles are worth it to play right now, it makes no sense to get a more expensive cheaply built underpowered overpriced hardware. KI is a jagged ugly mess, Forza 5 is a corporate money grabbing dream come true, Ryse is all visuals no substance. The only title that is somewhat interesting is Dead Rising 3 if you can stomach pass the last generation feeling resolution, frame rate, and graphics.
Nobody's lying about anything. I can literally go to any wal-mart in my area within a 50 mile radius and they have plenty in stock.

Zip Code: 95377
You see that?
In stock, in stock, in stock, in stock, in stock.
How about graphically demanding 1080p games? None available on the Xbox one.
8/10 COD attach rate? Oh well at least they get to enjoy it in real 1080p
Yup definitely going to grab 2 years of PS+. Heck maybe even 3 years.
