Um, seriously? In the history of ALL console sales, the PS4 has probably been the best stocked and supplied console. Shipping 1 million units to NA and god knows how many in the rest of the world.
It's just the extreme demand is outstripping supply.

I mean some people can argue the Kinect features, exclusive X1 games, and argue how much they love the Xbox ecosystem. It's respectable.
But what people can't argue are the facts that 1. PS4 is more powerful 2. PS4 costs less

Man that's actually an interesting point.
Imagine if the X1's power was actually almost equal to the PS4, we wouldn't have a low baseline to worry about and all gamers would benefit.
I seriously hope developers still choose to max out the PS4 in all ways possible without catering to the lower denominator.

AC1 was a beta, AC Revelations was a cash in, AC3 was a let down.
Same here. There seems to be a universal consensus that AC2 was one of the highlights of the series, and everything else was ehhhh.
But yeah I'm lovin AC4, because it feels mostly like a Pirate game and less of an AC game.
I seriously need to see some gameplay footage of this to understand the hype.

It is interesting, but again pointless. I mean we can value the opinion of an expert on a particular subject, but put less value to a random wife on the internet. I mean I respect her opinions, but stating that Resogun "looks stupid" is very disconnected to a majority of gamers.
Even so, I don't value too much the opinion of even games journalists because we know how they are manipulated by ad revenue anyway.

You do realize that because the ease of development on the PS4 allows developers to focus more on those things you've mentioned? The reason we aren't seeing that right now specifically because the console just launched. Have some faith, Sony has shown with each and every generation they value unique gaming experiences as well as push graphical boundaries.

It's not really about AMD's bad drivers, it's more like the driver support. Typically nvidia releases a new Beta driver even before the game releases. AMD on the other hands, always seems to stumble and release them AFTER.
Nvidia just has a better driver support team.
