Revamp doesn't mean take all of the old useless code and pile whole new codebase on top. It's most likely that they just rewrote a specific portion of the codebase to be more secure.
umm... duh?
The original Hot Pursuit will always be the best!
To a slow, tank like one

It's not a sale for consoles
Still $0.01 for me...
IMO the x1 UI is faster but it's more difficult to get to/do things than on PS4. Even my friend who was an xbox fanboy until the x1 and just got his first Sony console a few months ago agrees with this. Note: We have x1s in our office break room so we have spent a lot of time with the x1.
Yes it is a beta and is for fixing things, but what I witnessed yesterday was a complete train wreck and it's two weeks from launch.
Tried playing yesterday, server side is a complete mess as well as issues with input lag. I feel like all of their time since the last beta (or alpha, idk) was spent improving performance and graphics.
@Night99, Bethesda games usually take 2-3 years to hit GOTY and FO4 is just barely over a year old (released November 2015).
This game looks incredible and I am certainly going to play it. But I really hope they smooth over some of that pop-in before release. Haven't seen a game with that much pop-in in quite a while.
Uh, this article was written by Rajesh on a site called Game Transfers.... Spam much?
Exactly, if you have the cards to do it, no game is incapable.
@Fishy Fingers, the article didn't state it is $2000 and said that is only an guess. ASUS actually did mention that the monitor will be priced at $1199.
Goodness, that $140 savings on ME: Catalyst CE.
@Irishguy95 beat me to it. The only "media" I paid attention to about this game were interviews with Sean Murray himself, or his demos at E3 conferences. At both E3 conferences he showed off flying low with more control of the ship than what is in release. He demoed and talked about a LOT of things that were not in release. You cannot say that Hello Games is not 100% to blame when they advertised something and didn't deliver.
Don't bother reading, this is 2 days old and is speculation that the Halloween event would start 2 days ago (which it did).
Still cost so much? The cost per GB drops by half year after year. They aren't going to just go from $200 to $50 in a month... As @crazychris4124 stated, 1TB SSDs should be under $200 this holiday season, this time a year ago they were around $400.
DICE has a good history with Battlefield 3 & 4 DLC though. That being said, $50 for a season pass is outrageous and this shows exactly why you shouldn't pay for something until you see it.
Most of the time poor performance is due to deadlines, a crappy engine, and terrible ports. I think people are overreacting in thinking that Denuvo is the cause for ALL of the performance problems they see. Plus people seem to forget that year after year games become exponentially more complex, this means there will be more bugs and performance issues too. However, there have been signs that Denuvo, if utilized improperly, can cause performance issues as we saw with Forza Horizon 3 where they...
