Precisely, and Microsoft is a prime example of your statement. They started out with a main focus on games and gaming. Then they started broadening their horizons into other ventures such as TV shows, movie rentals etc.
Now with the integration of Kinect + Big on Xbox 360, I say they can do more stuff now.
Picture reminds me of Battlefield Vietnam DLC
Nobody wants an Apple game console. Heck, Apple is arrogant enough to think that their iPhones, iPads and iPods are more than capable of playing in the big leagues now.
Depends on personal preference/choice. I loved Heavy Rain. It was something new and fresh, and I'm glad I played it.
L.A Noire was a big disappointment to me. Quite repetitive, boasted one hell of a huuge nicely rendered map that was practically full of nothing to do.
Restrictive gameplay scenarios in how you approach / solve cases. The facial animations is what was amazing, but the rest was a letdown especially with the amount of little things you can do in the game.
Agreed - The original worked superbly - don't know why they'd want to change that.
Good for Microsoft...now BUAY MOAR STUDIYOS NAO.
Last time I checked, all Battlefield games are based on strategic type multiplayer games. If you don't like it, find something else to play, like MW2, BO etc.
If you think that you can play the one man army in say a Rush game in BF, then you're gravely mistaken.
Because those people adamantly believe that if a game sells millions of copies it MUST be a very good game, and if it doesn't it MUST be a horrible game; this way they can justify their love for a game such Call of Duty and hate towards a title like Resistance 3.
Found Them!
1) Gaming is thy holy pastime, thou shalt not have outdoor activities before thee.
2) Thou shalt not be fanboyish in the name of gaming.
3) Remember thou keep holy the game release dates.
4) Honor thy PC and thy console.
5) Thou shalt not kill steal.
6) Thou shalt not frag... without gloating in the aftermath.
7) Thou shalt lose graciously; thou shalt not bitch no...
Harley is awesome. She's good looking and downright crazy - a perfect combination.
Same here. This will be a blast to play. Combat Evolved is what got me into FPS.
There should be a 10 commandments for gamers.
I was going to say Agent, but remembered that it was already announced long ago...What the hell happened to Agent anyway?
Does anybody knows anything?
The Disagree Fairy strikes again!
I was disappointed with L.A Noire. A bit repetitive, with limited freedom as to how you solve or approach a case
I hated that there was no continuity between cases. You could fail most of the cases from a previous desk and on the next desk you chief will introduce you as a brilliant detective...WTF?
@da_2pacalypse -
Dead Space 1 is still my favorite Dead Space out of the two games. This is purely my opinion.
Dead Space 2 was good, but it wasn't perfect or fantastic in every single aspect. For example, multiplayer as fun as it was, just didn't work very well.
There were some balance issues on the necromorph side with some enemies being very strong, some being very weak. Their solution of increasing the spawn time for these stron...
Doesn't matter how powerful they get - they still can't compare to portable gaming devices whose main role is to let you PLAY GAMES.
Smartphones are awesome, but at the end of the day, you still want to make a phone call, and you don't want the battery to be dead from all the gaming you've been doing on it as the main role of your phone will be pointless then.
Ah, Mirror's Edge 2...I can't wait to see what they come up with.
I think I should replay Mirror's Edge...it's been quite a while. If only it were longer.
This doesn't surprise me. For example there are more PS3 owners playing Burnout Paradise than there are on the Xbox 360. I can hardly find a game to play on 360, but plenty on the PS3
