Half Life 33 - 30?
40% off...tempting, but can't beat Steam's 75% off sales that are ridiculously tempting.
Besides, I would hate having 2 different clients, with Origin being worse than Steam.
This is gonna heat up really fast.
...Skyrim just won GOTY!
Epic trailer! Naughty Dog is behind it...never have guessed it! :D
Chuck (Zach Levi) is a nerd at heart. He games, not like some silly celebs who just "pretend" to game.
In terms of worse presenters of all time, Mr. Caffeine from Ubisoft (E3 2011) takes the cake. I couldn't watch him continue any further...I was embarrassed for him!

"Is single player gaming doomed"
*sigh*
Yep. :D
As it turns out, you can make the simplest of games and be rich. Innovation is not needed.
Bugs such as the backwards flying dragon (finally saw one on my PS3 yesterday!) should alone award this game GOTY. Seriously, the value packed into this game is ridiculous. I say good for them.
To be more precise, WE MADE THEM WHO THEY ARE TODAY! We spend our money on their games so that we can slide in that shiny new disc and immerse ourselves in these rich digital fantasy worlds.
But how do are they repaying us? Why, by charging us for each and everything of course! Exhibit A: DLC. Comes in all forms and sizes. No longer can you buy a new game and expect the package to include THE COMPLETE EXPERIENCE. NO. NOT ANYMORE.
-Bought it used? Well it'...
Such brilliance!...I have no words :D
If anything, the casuals should be thanking us, and so should these companies. Without our support, they would've never decided to go on making amazing games in the first place, in turn making games for the casual market.
Besides, we always stick around no matter what. We continue to support our beloved studios so that they can continue to give us awesome games. The casuals are like trains, they come and go, off to the nearest thing in style, like they did with the Wii fo...
That was not necessary.
Kind of a personal preference...she looks good either way, but I prefer her as a brunette.
I still think that they should make the Beta public. This way they can at least stress-test their servers with large amounts of people.
That's one way to fight the used market. But this whole move of taking everything to the could just doesn't feel right. I don't trust the cloud that much. I trust my local storage and my backups.
The same can be said about physical discs. Nothing beats going to the shop and getting your physical copy of the disc. The feeling you get when you unwrap the case, open it, admire the insides and finally slide the disc inside, this whole experience is classic and best. ...
True, but this is more of a US English vs UK English difference if you're talking about collective nouns.
US English tends to refer to a company/institute or legal collection of people as singular - (Microsoft is) while UK English would refer to say a company's constituents in a plural form - (Microsoft are).
This is true for almost all cases with one exception: - when referring to the US as a country - "United States is" is used instead of ...
Gosh...to think that people pay for Xbox Live and they still get adds.
Agreed - Nintendo and their exclusive games are one.
Yep...lol memory of a goldfish?!?
