Stop fooling around on N4G and get back to work on that patient House!

Like the guys up stated, the first one (Resitance: Fall of Man) is still the best Resistance of the three in my opinion because of its kickass awesome single player campaign!

I still have the original game I bought at the PS3/game launch and it holds a special place on my shelf.

I also tried replaying the MP, but for some weird reason it doesn't work. Any idea if the servers were shut down or something?

...and there goes the Witcher 2 Xbox 360 exclusivity out the window. It's good to see people focusing more on distributing this awesome game. I was wishing that this awesome game would also be ported to the PS3. Looks like my wish came true.

Making a comment like that makes you an idiot.

You mean Revelations didn't close Ezio's story?? The last Assassin's Creed game I played was Brotherhood.

Ubi is really milking this franchise alot. Yet another AC game this year? As long as the quality bar is up, then we're all good.

My favorite of all the series has been and will always be Assassin's Creed II.

I've never found Dead Space scary, especially the first one. There's something important in horror games that Visceral Games got wrong - the element of surprise.

A necromorph would appear say in a wall 10-20 feet ahead of you. The music plays at the same time but you have enough time to shoot the damn guy down. Most of the game is almost like that, except for the very last nasty moment where Nicole surprises you in the space ship.

Some games have scar...

Couldn't agree more with you FunkMacNasty. I know of very few people who've actually played Condemned 1 and 2. Not to say much, these are brilliant games, and they do offer up the challenge too.

I had actually started to replay them a couple of months ago, but I think I should continue them. Fantastic games, I would say.

No need to use switches to indicate sarcasm such as "/S" because everyone here on N4G always gets sarcasm.

That's just ridiculous. It's like farting in a room being the only person inside, then deny it when someone else comes in and notices. The point is it is already done.

One thing that's true and already out there in the open - this reboot will probably suck. To begin with, people already hate the way it's looking. The stupid thing they [Ninja Theory] are not listening to their fanbase.

These, for god's sake, are the dedicated guys and girl...

Couldn't agree more. I remember logging in over 250 hours from 2008 to 2011 in Burnout Paradise, around 230 alone in online. Then one Saturday I woke up only to find out that the game keeps on launching me into a new file, already overwritten the old one. I was pissed. All that progress...GONE.

Couple of other things that piss me off:

1) Games with really, really horrible save point systems. A good example is Dead Rising.

2) Any game with...

For some weird reason, it looks like Drake is trying to reach for something and Sully is stopping him by pulling him up.

In terms of cheapest startup packages, the PS3 model offers far more value than the cheapest Xbox 360.

For just $249 you get

-A Bluray player
-A console ready to play online, a feature that costs you nothing. Signing up is free.
-A spacious hard drive that you can easily upgrade with a large size of your choosing. (No proprietary HDDs with limited sizes or the silly tiny 4GB memory).
-Controllers come ready built in with rechargeable ...

As shameful as this might sound, I actually never even got around to play Alan Wake! It's one of those games people repeatedly recommended me to play from the moment the game hit store shelves. I'll definitely play it this time as I just got around to upgrading my gaming rig.

Microsoft should really take charge of this situation. It's embarrassing enough for them to publicly acknowledge the situation and handle it, but it's worse for them to just sit down and ignore it for the sake of reputation, saying that it's not a big deal while in reality it actually is.

With all the resources and money they have at their command you'd think that they'd come up with better measures regarding their online security.

Serious...

Just watched the trailer again. There's no voice in there that sounds like Nolan North's.

His voice is unmistakably unique in such a way that when you hear Nathan Drake or Desmond Miles speak, you instantly know that it's Nolan North.

It could be possible that everyday at work at Capcom is opposite day. They just do the opposite of what fans tell them to do.

I agree though, I would love for them to focus more on the survivor horror part of Resident Evil, rather than turning it into an action game.

Edit: What the...? Did I just see Big Bane from Arkham Asylum/City or a look alike?

If there's anything that I've learned from the Interwebs is that there is always a way around an obstacle. Build a security firewall and people will find ways to circumvent it. Take the SOPA thing for example.

These guys think that doing a little thing such as blocking DNS or banning certain IP addresses will do the trick. They aparently never heard of proxy servers.

Telling people that no one can hack your account is like saying that you've hidde...

The next headline from CNN regarding the gaming industry will be something stupid like "Thousands of gamers everywhere are taking arrows in their knees. No one has been hospitalized so far...yet"

I understand EA's model of building up their own online distribution service for games, but sometimes, they just shoot themselves in the foot. Deciding to for example sell a game exclusively on Origin means that they will miss out on a segment of sales from the people on Steam.

People on Steam, such as myself, are very satisfied with the service that Valve is providing. Rarely will I want to go over the fence at Origin's online store to look at what type of games the...
