People want to play online, and as of right now the only way to do so on Xbox Live is to fork over the cash to Microsoft.
If they decide to make this single aspect free (which will never happen), subscriptions will fall like hell.
It used to be worth its price, but it's astonishing how Microsoft is the only one to charge others for playing online.
It can be argued that their service is worth every penn...

If you want something different from the typical shooter filled genre this has been, I highly recommend this game then. It's a great game.

I don't care how fast the processor is going to be for them iphones and ipads, the fact remains - they are STILL portable devices, not gaming consoles. Their primary function is not gaming.
Anytime a game starts to incorporate microtransactions and social features, it just stinks.
It sucks.
Am I the only one thinking that EA is already rushing the Battlefield series? Why does EA kill everything they touch??? Now they're milking Battlefield as well??

As much as EA is known for fucking things up (Mass Effect, Dragon Age), I would really love to see a sequel to Mirror's Edge! It's been almost 5 years...!
