Frankly the best Halo in the series. It's the game that started it all. It's the one that truly propelled me towards loving FPS.

LOGICWINS is right. Let's say that the new consoles come out. They are more powerful, games of course will cost much more, so will the consoles themselves. It's really not a cost wise path to be heading down right now.

You just made my day.

That's actually a relief! I honestly don't find this game fun. My younger sister and her friends on the other hand is obsessed with it. I don't get the fun factor.

Best part is, Sony E3 conference is taking place at on the day before your birthday.

You have to understand. Once they raised the bar with Uncharted 2, it means they set themselves a new level. Best thing to do is achieve the same level or try to go above it. That is still acceptable. As long as it doesn't go lower than that.

Have faith. Naughty Dog always delivers. Heck, you don't even need faith! These guys are good at what they do.

This is one of those games that I really want to play but never got around to actually do it.

What do you guys think? Should I skip this, or is it a "What are you still doing here? Get it now!" kind of game?

That's a relief! I actually played the first playthrough as a complete evil badass. The second playthrough was on the good side. There's just so much more freedom with what you can do as an evil guy - bioleeching civilians for example. If you are in a no electricity zone during a fight and you are about to die, bioleeching comes in handy here. If you are going to go as strictly a good guy, then you will have to avoid this.

Yep...and Microsoft is sitting on their asses ready to give us so many casual games.

I was thinking of the same thing...you'd die from fart smells in that hideout.

The first game isn't bad. I actually enjoyed playing the game both ways (Hero and inFamous). You should probably give it a try.

Initially when I heard about Microsoft's new disc format, I thought that they were going to upgrade to something like 15 GB or similar. This way I thought they could do awesome stuff like maybe have all of Gears 1 and 2 on one disc and stuff.

But with the new 1 GB additional space, it isn't that big but it's still better than nothing. I hope that this space becomes useful to developers though.

I know what you mean. Activision and Bobby are just taking an old car and repainting it with a new shiny coat every year. Then they go ahead and convince everyone else that it is a new and faster car.

Is there a difference between the new Halo Reach on the larger disc and the retail one that came out last year? I'm talking about gameplay wise here...maybe better audio quality and such?

Also, if they hopefully announce say a new price drop for the PS3, it would be full of epic win.

Look on the bright side, financially, if you bought every new game that came out from Sony, you'd be broke. At least they have games.
Want plain shooting? There's Socom.
Want first person shooter style? There's Killzone.
Want...racing that is arcade? Motorstorm.
As real as racing can get? There is Gran Turismo 5.
Want another shooting game, say 3rd person? Uncharted.
Want ANOTHER shooting game?? Resistance.
Want to have ju...

Remember, this is a rumor, but if there are 37 titles in the works, then god help us all. This is why I love gaming. This is why I love Sony. On the hardcore side, expect them to always deliver.

On the other boat in the sea, I am anxious on what Microsoft will show at E3. I wonder what they have been up to for the past 3 years with no new games and IPs.

No, I never do it on the PS3 when it's hot or warm inside (like you said, after playing), it would just add stress to the inside board. I usually do it like once every 3 months, in the morning before turning it on. My PS3 is kept in a clean place but they do tend to find a way of recollecting dust.
