That is true, but I'm talking about a sudden decision. The quickest way to cut down a price of something is not waiting for it. If Sony had a way of quickly cutting down the cost of the PS3 by re-evaluating its content costs, they would do it instead of waiting for the manufacturing costs to go down, which frankly takes time.

You don't understand. The PlayStation 3 costs more than the Xbox 360 to make. Sony can't just say: "Hey, let's just drop it at $199!"

People said this when the PSP got on the market and so forth. I am buying one as well. I would love to have a portable console experience (or as close to it as I can) and to me the NGP seems to be set to do just that. That's why I'm buying it too.

They both look very similar, but the difference overall is the color grading in both photos. The Xbox 360 version seems to have a bit of tint blueish light color grading that is making scenes a bit darker.
