I will always support a developer and not buy used games unless of course the system has stopped production (ie Xbox) or the games have ceased production (ie Playstation games)
Hmmmmm ... its an apples to oranges comparison (Blu-ray 1080p versus satellite 1080p). The sound is key for me as well. Blu-ray all the way!
Drop the price of the 360 ... this will drop the price of the PS3 and Wii guaranteed!

Hopefully there are more games announced @ TGS! PSP is red hot in Japan! I can't see why don't announce more exclusive games to the PSP.
I'm going to replay this game for the trophies! I've always been a proponent of gamer achievement points and I'm glad PSN now support it with the trophy system and level ups.
This just makes development on the PS3 much more tempting! As stated above, the PC devs are just going to get fed up one day and pull their resources on console dev!

What is Sony's strongest reason for success in Japan ... JRPGs? Who's buying them out (exclusive and timed-exclusive) ... Microsoft? Are they delaying the inevitable ... sure they are? Why .... its business as usual!
Also, it seems like Japan gamers are content with remakes and JRPGs on the DS!

As both an owner of the 360 and PS3 ... I get the best of both worlds. I do not have a problem paying for XBox Live at its current state. Now, if the services that Sony offers are with parity to the services currently offered by XBL, I have no problem canceling my subscription and leave all my online gaming to the PS3. The ratio of online versus offline gaming for me is skewed toward the 360. Its the inverse with offline gaming skewed toward the PS3. I'm sure alot of dual console owners v...
folks listen carefully ... both 80 GB and 40 GB models are difficult to find (especially in my area of the US). July NPD numbers will be in soon and its very probable that the PS3 units sold in July will be hurt because of the hardware shortage
