This doesn't mean 360 is in trouble .. but that PS3 is picking up steam! YTD its 1.8 million PS3 versus 1.4 million 360. With a 35% YTD marketshare, it can only go up by chipping away at Nintendo.
HD graphics should be a no brainer (I agree). Upscalar would be nice for current Gamecube and Wii games. I'm sure playing Galaxy upscaled to 720 or 1080p would be nice.
If Valve even knew the console business ... statements like this would have been nonexistent and the abortion of a game called Orange Box PS3 would have not been created

MS Japan couldn't even expect the spike in demand for hardware on the Tales game. Why shell out all this money for timed exclusives if you don't have the hardware to sell with the games???

I thought the demo was excellent. Ragdoll physics on the stormtroopers is a plus when you throw them around. I played the game on medium difficulty and found it way too easy. Maybe a slightly higher difficulty is just right.
One thing I didn't like is that when you block standing still it does the light saber deflection animation (swing wildy). You can't move at all (or can you?) That bothered me as I felt restricted.

Agreed! While Kotaku has the advantage in that they've seen demo footage, I have a hard time believing them when they say its the best thing graphically. This article is nothing more than hype as well as balloon buster for Sony's Heavy Rain.

I have no problem is saying that Heavy Rain is (to date) the most graphically impressive game I've ever seen in my life. PS3 owners, due yourself a favor and download the HD trailer on the PS Store!
It depends on what you look at when you compare graphics. I think the character models are way ahead of Crysis but the environments can't be compared. Two different games with two different environments. Crysis = living and colorful jungle. Heavy Rain = dark, dreary, and living neighborhood.
