This is how the world works. When you present stats, it will always be presented in the best case scenario. Microsoft does it, Nintendo does it, Sony does it, and even my company does it. In fact, I've given these same type of presentations. Kotaku can ignore the 17 million number all they want. Bottom line, there is some truth to that number.

Just wanted to point out that RGB Full can crush your black levels. It can become a little too dark if you don't adjust your brightness level. RGB Limitied can make the image further 'washed' out but you can adjust contrast and brightness
And yet .... And this is a big mind bender, Ubi would like to make Splinter Cell console exclusive. Take further into account 360 game piracy that problably factors into unrealized/lost revenue, it makes this decision a questionable one. Here's what the bargaining table ends up with as a deal. Take $5 million in lost revenue, and an additional $2 million as up front cash and you got yourself a timed exclusive. Or take the $2 million and pump it into shared marketing.
I'm going to call it that this game ... not Killzone 2 ... will be the most returned game this year.
