I'm definitely interested in seeing how Bloodborne scores, and the reaction to the scores.
Hardline is easier to play because the servers are actually running smoothly. You won't notice any hit lag that makes you feel cheated out of kills.
On the other hand Hardline's modes are camper-friendly with the exception being team deathmatch. TDM, spawns you frequently in the middle of a hotzone.
Some people are just inherently good at BF games, some are pretty good at finding a camping spot, and others are just here to have some fun.
...
Yeah it's definitely time, last gen consoles have only hindered current gen game development. I'm thankful for the great games of last gen, both the PS3 and 360 were pretty awesome, but it's time to focus on today's tech.
there's nothing wrong with evolution if it's about variety rather than a set standard. Those that believe 1080p/60fps is what makes a good game pretty much rule out every game that doesn't meet that standard now, even though that's quickly losing out to 4k.
let devs evolve how they see fit for their project, and don't knock them for their choices.
If digital retail pricing would finally match PC gaming pricing it would be worth sitting through the downloads.
No way should we still be paying MSRP for digital versions of games.
You can get it cheaper at gohastings online right now. I just submitted my order used - $40.78 shipped. No sales taxes, and usually fast shipping.
There's so many remasters and rumors of remasters because there's a lack of blockbuster titles this gen. Delays and hyped games that are bombing have pretty much wasted this first precious years of this generation.
I couldn't agree more. Back in the days when many of us got into gaming, the games weren't beautiful to look at, but they were addictingly fun.
Now a small niche of gamers is trying to ruin that by requiring shiny realistic graphics, 1080p/60fps over everything else as the priority.
2 different art styles,
You say it looks souless which says you haven't played it to forn credible opinion. The game is outright fun.
This is the first Battlefield game where a patch isn't even necessary. The game runs butter smooth. There's no game breaking glitch, Visceral deserves a big kudos on this game.
low review scores? 7s are still good in my book. The game is definitely a blast man.
The game is amazing. It's the most fun I've had with a shooter in the last few years.
but Rory isn't successful. he's won 2 majors. And so far is stinking the joint up this year.
It has so far. With EA access you get a 10hr trial of the full game. The singleplayer prologue and episode 1 is unlocked to play. It's action packed, fun, and has great storytelling already. I'm anxious to see how it plays out tonight.
Battlefield Hardline is purely fun, The singleplayer is pretty cool with a stealth aspect going on and the multiplayer is chaotic, fast, and fun.
The hacking mini-game frustrated the crap out of me
I still enjoy the series but I think the jump into MP made the story of the series suffer. I'm definitely skipping this years game, but next year if they are in an Asain setting with the birth of the ninja...i'm certainly on that.
have you played the game @crusf?
not my kind of game, but i'm pleased Sony players have a game worth boasting about. Maybe they can chill out with all the hostility now.
