Can’t harp on price when folks are getting excited over a ps5 that will surely be more than $400. Now I’ll agree with most that so far there’s been no games that pushed the need for the power of the x or even pro. A couple more textures isn’t really a selling point when the experience is still pretty much the same across the board. I’ve said it all this time, powerful consoles are great but it’s all about the games man. Nothing else matters.

I always assumed it was PS only. Wasn't looking for it to come to xbox.
Simple rare made a repetitive dull game. That’s on them. They had a lot of betas for it I was apart of and I didn’t feel like there was much there. Cool concepts, insane water tech, cool co-op and fun times with buddies but it all covered an empty turd of a game.
MS keeps missing on exclusives, I applaud them doing a wide variety of exclusives but so far they’ve all been lackluster if I’m being honest,
Might not do well because it’s a distant memory, but we Xbox players just like games period. It doesn’t have to be the same retread over and over for it to be a game people would like.
I’m interested if the price is decent, not paying full retail for a game that’s been out over a year, and how long isn’t it. Narrative driven games that end too quick are a waste of money to me.

They killed themselves. But the funny thing is, it took 3 years before destiny 1 became a complete great game. Sure it had good parts to it through those years, but it really came together once it was completed. Then they turn around and strip the game down to bones for destiny 2..that was ridiculous.

You really just called it low budget because it’s a $30 version? Lmbo, the first one was widely beloved for $20. And it was great to play.

shows how quick a genre can become stale. all do different things decently. PUBG seems to have forgotten about console support though if i'm being honest. There's also one called Fear The Wolves which has me super excited. Think Metro inspired Battle Royale.
But yeah, the genre itself is definitely stale as everyone just copies the formula and play to the hype of BR games.
hopefully they use a better engine. Environments look great but player models are still screaming dreamcast. Show an updated build..

@jukins, how about it’s just a fun game? Bugs galore and it reigned supreme for 2 months.
As the game gets better I think it will stay up there as most played paid game.
even without a 4k tv i noticed better graphics, better overall performance. It's cheaper to jump in with the x now and get the tv later or vice versa, but strictly game wise, there's been no need to get an x or a pro so far. I haven't seen anything that came out that showed such massive improvements and gameplay that older systems can't do beyond graphics.
