As I've said before I'm looking forward to L4D 2. My only problem is that I don't like the new survivors at all. I liked the originals a lot better.
I'm really looking forward to this game. It looks fun and I think it'll have a good story. Sounds great to me.

I know people will disagree with me, but in my opinion Sony always has the most innovative games. Now, I'm not saying that the 360 or other platforms don't innovate, but I do belief Sony takes more chances on new games and ideas. The Last Guardian and Heavy Rain look really unique not to mention MAG with 256 players. That kinda sucks. I hope Sony is thinking about doing some sort of profile card like xbox 360 one. They probably are anyways.
If there was only one console there would be little to none innovations. The console maker wouldn't see the need to push their system forward and everything would stay stale. 3 consoles is great and that's why today we have so many great games and feature. It's all due to competition. Makes companies strive to be better. Competition is great for us, the consumers.
I bought the 80 GB Motorstorm bundle awhile back (it was obviously expensive but very worth it). I got a deal on a 360 recent an arcade for 150 (with an extra controller and 2 games) and I upgraded to a 120 GB HDD so that around 280. Now, if I want all the features the PS3 has then that would cost even more (Seriously $120 for 120 GB is insane but I needed it. You can probably get a 500 GB HDD for that amount of money for your ps3).
I never said that 360 doesn't have exclusives. It has Halo 3 and Gears 2 which are 2 of the best games this gen. All I'm saying is PC/360 games are not exclusive. If a game is on PC and 360 it is not exclusive. There's no such thing as Microsoft exclusive or console exclusive. DC Universe isn't exclusive to PS3. See, if I have a PS3 and PC, I wouldn't need to buy a 360. Now, the point of an exclusive is to show people that you can only play that game on that console and therefore convince them to get that console. one of my most anticipated games of 2009! I love L4D. To those saying a PS3+PC combination is the best that is completely true;however PCs are expensive and can only afford one console or two. I have a PC that can run most games; however, I personally prefer playing on a console which is why I get most games on the PS3 and 360. Also, there's lots of people that don't know about PC online and stuff like that so they prefer the ease of use of the consoles.
I really like Left 4 Dead and I need to get around to playing the Orange Box. Valve makes quality games and if they believe that they can't bring that quality that's expected of them to the PS3, then I respect them for choosing not to release anything at all instead of making a lazy port which would stain their reputation.
I think EA has improved the quality of their video games. Dead Space, Bad Company, Mirror's Edge are all great games. I really anticipating God of War 3, but that doesn't mean there's other good games in the same genre. I'll keep my eye on this.
Sales for consoles are too low. Even the wii isn't selling well and I'm surprised to see just a 5000 difference between PS3 and Xbox 360. With the release of FF XIII, DQ X, and MH3 sales for the PS3 and Wii should be better later this year.
God of War 3 will be epic, however, it's pretty obvious that GT5 will be the true system seller for Sony. I think God of War will sell more this generation, but it won't sell as much as GT. Sales, however, do not make a game better and both games will be awesome.
