In my opinion FF Versus XIII looks better. I like the feel of it (darker) more than this one. I'm still buying this for my PS3 though :)
I don't know about Natal. I mean it looks good but what MS wants is to appeal to the casual gamer. The wii was successful because of the price and motion controls. Natal seems like it's going to be expensive (no less than $100) and a 360 at it's lowest price is $200. Combined that's still more expensive than a wii. It's almost certain that Microsoft will publish it. The only others would be Activision or EA (I doubt Sony would be the publisher).
Microsoft didn't ruin the fun at all. With competition from MS Sony was forced to lower the price of the PS3 and include lots of new features. With competition from Sony MS was forced to get better games, more features etc. Competition is good for us gamers and I think that 3 consoles is just right.
Nintendo's first party is great and that's why I recently purchased a wii. I know a lot of people say it's not a real gaming console etc. but I've been having a lot of fun with some of the wii games I missed. I would say that Nintendo and Sony are tied when it comes to first party with MS in very, very distant second.
Personally this game will probably be game of the year, but we all know that MW 2 will take all the awards even if it doesn't deserve them; however, remember awards mean nothing as long as YOU enjoy the game.
The DS and PSP are dedicated to gaming while the iphone is not therefore, the iphone will not rival either of these systems unless Apple decides to release a real handheld.
While I agree that perhaps more developers should start making new and more innovative games I disagree with the "stop buying Gears 2 and Resistance 2" comment. If a game, regardless if it's a sequel, is good then it deserves to be played.
That demonstration at E3 was awesome. I first played Mario Kart on the N64 and loved it and since it's like a mix of mario kart and LBP I'm really looking forward to this game.
Yeah, I hate gamers that want another console to fail. Seriously does that make the winning console's games better or what. If the 360 or PS3 suddenly disappeared would games be better? I don't get fanboys at all.
I don't know what sony is loosing or claim to know; however if they are then all I'm saying is Ps2 is a great source of profit for them. Besides I think a lot of games still sell on PS2 even if they don't make the top 10 or 20.

The PS2 still sells alot and it's probably popular in developing countries as well. It probably costs sony nothing to make them and the profit from PS2 helps lessen the blow for the PS3 losses. I think sony will eventually release backwards comparability or something and phase out the ps2. If sony is currently selling 100,000 ps2 a month in the US those could be potential ps3 sales. this game is exactly like God of War. Everything except maybe the the story (and who knows maybe it'll just be a similar story to). I have nothing against games or other forms of entertainment taking inspiration from other works but this is a complete rip-off.
It sounds like an action game and I think it'll take place before MGS4 revealing to us what happened with Raiden. Personally, I'm more interested in peace walker.
