What ftfy mean
The problem is gamers are easily controlled by the media and are way to loyal to corporations.
Even if games go digital things will remain the same only if gamers think outside the box . So let's say that Sony,Microsoft, and Nintendo decide offer a gaming service like PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live but no console. Meaning turn on the tv, sign up for xbox live or PlayStation Plus using say smartphone or gamepad as the controller to navigate say service. The games are on the cloud ;therefore, you are renting games right. Well semi-right because of external hard drives or usb sticks ...
If gamers allow it,it can happen. Now what about downloads through external hard drives and able to store say games on flash drives aka usb sticks. This way you can keep the game and able to save say games on your personal cloud storage that's another option. Be able to burn games on blu-ray. That's another option. Sony has the right idea with share play meaning be able to play a game with your friend online without the need to buy the game, but at least you get to try the game as i...
That's horrible but the way gamers say yes to almost everything (except the Xbox One fiasco) . I have to agree
Now this is how all remakes should be made. The silver lining will be if is priced at $30.00. Then Rockstar would truly put to shame all those game developers charging $60.00 plus tax for remastered editions of their games
Is not a new game but a remastered game from one of the best looking PS3 games. Don't worry
No Man's Sky, The Division, and the crew will change that in 2015. Along PC exclusives like Day Z, The Long Dark, Darkwood, etc. But man PC games like Among the Sleep, Wasteland 2,Divinity Original Sin, my personal favorite The Banner Saga and consortium really showed true next-generation gaming. ...
That doesn't sound good
I think is the fact that gamers are not just buying the game end of story, Today gamers are asked to test the game out via betas both open or closed, early access or kickstarter. Speaking of kickstarter or early access, gamers are investing on say game proyect meaning publishing and marketing the game. The other issue is the lack of graphical jump from previous console generations like the PS2 to PS3 or NES to SNES. The fact that pay to play online and just run of the mill games being release...
I agree on the lack of visual jump but I don't like DLC, patches/ updates have to pay to play online or crap like that. I guess I miss the days of plug and play meaning pop in the disc or cartridge into console and play the game no hard drive installation, EULAS, Terms of Agreement and forced to create an account.
No mention of Among the sleep boo
Cant wait to play Alien Isolation
Yeah, has anyone bothered to play Tomb Raider online, yeah exactly. I agree with you having online on every game was and still is the dumbest thing game developers came with
That's what I want to see more of,interactivity, communicate with the locals. Use say locals to complete missions, find out who they are, chop trees. Eat to stay alive, that's what missing in today's open world games. San Andreas came close to what an open world game should be like.
The issue I have with open world games is that it still designed like linear games meaning is just complete missions and side missions rinse and repeat but unable to enter into any building, unable to interact with the civilians, or worse same outcome regardless of how you finsh the mission. Hopefully the division changes this or better yet No Man's Sky. Mini-games, random events, and be able to move the story forward or able to understand the gameworld better is what will make open worl...
That makes me mad,for I too want a premium collectors box of MGS V myself
Umm and us Americans what do we get as far as MGS 5 is concerned
Oh sorry was being sarcastic, anywho, a roku, chromecast, and say Apple TV combined with Apple Air is far better right now than PlayStation TV. But next year or a year and a half later most likely Christmas PlayStation TV will be the choice to pick up if it also gets PlayStation Now plus all the tv apps like Netflix, Hulu Plus, and PlayStation Music Unlimited. Here's the thing both PlayStation Now and Music Unlimited are cloud services with their own monthly fee because hardware is not an ...
Oh well Desktop PC wins again. It can be hooked up to TV and use it as an all in one entertainment system
Personally it was a very good year for me as a gamer especially if you are a PC gamer. I played the wonderful, challenging, no hand holding, were the dialog choices affected not only your party but also how the game played. I also played the whimsical, wonderful, greatest twist ending for a game which was Broken Age. Games that I backed up from Kickstarter Consortium mediocre visual fidelity but a great game nonetheless, really need to pay attention to what is going on to get the gist of the...
