Amazingly though no coupons, loyalty program, rewards program for gamers for we are corporate slaves
Microtransanctions should not be in $60.00 dollar games period. Especially a $60.00 dollar online only game. 😡
Awww come on what's with all this microtransanction bullshit in today's games. Really think about it, the videogame industry is the only business that nickel and dime its consumers. No loyalty program, no rewards program, no coupons, no point rewards program, none of that except the occasional sale. Instead gamers get DLC , microtransanctions, pay to play online (ps4 and xbox one only), etc. The excuse or excuses are inflation, games being expensive to make. Well newsflash, movies/tv ...
Like any new form in gaming it just takes getting used to it. I love what Telltale did with the walking dead and the wolf among us. Life is Strange really brought a little bit more challenging puzzles and one of the best narratives in gaming (high school students don't speak like Shakespeare or use high vocabulary words).
Yay Netflix. No episodic gaming is about the story, characters, atmosphere , and making psychological decisions. If you want to explore, blow stuff up, or break the game apart, then no episodic gaming is not for you. I am a film nut, I love a good story and 10/10 episodic games bring the best stories in gaming. These are not perfect games, these 🎮 are flawed when it comes to gameplay and sometimes visuals. Its the story that carries these games into engaging gaming experiences
I got used to it with anime which is one new episode per week. I am talking about crunchyroll. I agree waiting for months for the next episode is excruciating but is getting better, for example life is. strange.
The Walking Dead improved over Heavy Rain by making memorable characters a true mature storyline and great atmosphere.
Ok so why is Amazon able to sell console games cheaper than retailers/PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Marketplace. Second, EA is not a gaming company but a corporate business. Corporate business only care about their product making money not if is good or bad. Third, Star Wars Battlefront took two years to make, to tie it with the new Star Wars film "The Force Awakens". Lastly, during the PS One/PS 2 era console games were cheaper than NES/Snes games.
There's tomb raider rises with 200 microtransanctions, MGS V has microtransanctions. They are not free to play games but $60.00 games with microtransanctions ugh. I guess we gamers are better off publishing the games
Sadly gamers are corporate slaves
It still amazes me that during the PS One/PS2 era games were cheaper, had more game content, no dlc, microtransanctions, season pass, etc. Gone are free unlockables, cheat codes, map editors, minigames, etc. What is even more amazing Amazon sells console games cheaper than retail stores/ps store and xbxo market place combined. I really hope Fallout 4 succeeds for the fact that if mods take off on consoles that would decrease dlc/ microtransanctions.
Cambrad is just trying to cover his ass. I'm with Joe on this one, he is looking at the EA website store that shows what he is saying. Cambrad is just saying that Joe is wrong with non facts to back himself up.
Great an article that gives me rumours and speculations. The headline is useless due to it doesn't give an actual date and price of say Vive and Rift. ......
Is a great game, that I highly recommend
Damn, is just impossible to control the internet
So we have not reached sword art online level
Ahh I see makes sense
Never saw in the US/Europe movies on cd. Well unless your'e talking homemade films lol. Movies on gd rom posible but not a good quality. DVD showed quality films in sd plus it introduced movie extras like behind the scenes, deleted scenes, director commentary, etc.
Man so if I buy this game, it means I am buying an incomplete game. 😰
Man that game was a lot of fun. I will go play it again
