No, lack of mod support, no offline couch multiplayer, lack of LAN support, play online even if by yourself, too much DLC , lack of map editor, less videogame content (less maps, fewer mods, etc.). At $60.00 plus tax instead of $20.00 a.k.a. CS GO. Those are the true reasons why these new online only games are failing go back and play the original battlefront games, the quakes, and even the first few Unreal Tournament games to see why these online games succeded.
No it doesn't, I played the game and while its possible to play by yourself it really shines playing with 3 other people.
I agree with what you say but the pricing for these online only games should be less due to the lack of a single player campaign. Lack of mod support has killed the recent only only games. One of the reasons left4dead, teamfortress 2, and both counter strike games (online only) have lasted so long is due to mod support. Number 2 is the pricing around $20.00 tops well teamfortress 2 is free now. Also DLC galore is what killing these new online only games meaning the fact that you just bought b...
Both Destiny and Titanfall were bundled with their respective platforms which double the sales for both of these games
CS GO was $20.00 that is why it lasted so long plus mod support...........
Price is also an issue, $60.00 for an online only game come on. $30.00 should be the sweetspot. Also, lack of mod support, create your own maps, and lack of free unlockables really hurt these types of game more......

I got called on for mentioning hitman being episodic. LoL I was right all along its going to be episodic. I am surprised still at $60.00 instead of the traditional $25.00 for episodic games.

You are talking about the development kits. Meaning when games are made for console, yes they are made on say PC; however, console games are made with the development kits hook to the PC and then ported over to PC
Is a console not a powerful PC what do you expect.
